Sunni has been cutting my hair and my 2 boys for years. She always does a great job and her customer service is great!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
They do not listen to your instructions, insist on doing their own thing. They do everything fast and are extremely aggressive. I asked for a low skin fade and they immediately started fading to the top of my head. I ended up with a medium fade with choppy lines everywhere from the top to the bottom. They can’t blend. And when they put my part in they aggressively dug the clippers into my scalp. They’re lucky I paid.
Do not get your haircut here!
I asked for 2 inches off the top and she took more like 5 and said that I wouldn’t get in trouble now. I would’ve been fine with 2 inches off the top. Was a decent hair cut but not what I asked for.
Ms. Kim did my 9 months old baby 1st haircut...she did great, she was very patient with my little guy. I will definitely return.
I used to really enjoy their service however over the past couple of visits they have become more and more rude to anybody that walks in. They have yelled at costumers for not signing in and with the language barrier it's sometimes impossible to properly explain what you want. Even when you are able to explain it I usually have to make corrections. I try to be as kind as I can but even then they repeatedly tell me that it's my fault for not explaining it well (high skin fade and I usually don't have much if anything taken off the top). I feel they have gotten to comfortable with military and forget that we are paying costumers at the end of the day.
Im new to Fort Drum I took my 2 year old son to get a haircut, and the lady said she could cut his hair because he moves, EVERY young kid moves I had never had this happen before! And As I was waiting for my husband they were questioning me and starring at me it felt so racist!!! Never going there again!!!!
Bro this place is terrible, the staff are full of attitude and give terrible haircuts. Out of all the haircuts ive ever gotten the one i got at this place is by far the worst one, i do not recommend this trash place whatsoever especially if you’re a soldier.
I had an AWFUL experience here. I walk in and sign in and wait. Once its my turn, the person cutting my hair was very rude and immature. She immediately insulted me for my hair style which was a box fade. My hair was maybe less than a few inches long. She went on and on about how my hair was too long and I didn't look military. I came there specifically FOR a haircut. The rudeness was unnecessary and I will not be returning here.
