Yes I am happy with my hair cut, I needed my hair trimmed. Today is Monday I just walked in , Tracy cut my hair, she is very nice. I will return to Haircut USA for my next haircut. Very friendly place.
Visited Haircuts USA in Ceres, CA. Asked for a 0-3 fade with scissor on top. Stylist took clippers and shaved top of head. Proceeded to clip sides after I asked why she cliped top with electric clippers and not scissors. She did not reiterate back to me what she was doing and acted like she was confused. I spoke to manager/owner and explained this is not what I asked for and she spoke to stylist. The stylist agreed she misunderstood and I paid for cut. Meanwhile my wife called, being a stylist and cosmetology teacher for 30 years spoke to owner about what happened and she offered a return of payment or next haircut free. I went back the following day to get my payment back and owner was not in. Stylist that cut my hair was there and said she knew of the phone conversation my wife had with owner but refused to refund my money. This is not how business is conducted. I'm filing a BBB complaint and will let anyone know who asks about my cut owhere to go that Haircut USA in Ceres CA I was a bad experience with a very rude stylist who doesn't stand behind her work.
I was looking for a place and thought they had ok reviews so I gave it a try. Its a clean place and the people are friendly. The prices are reasonable. I liked my haircut. My son hates haircuts and its hard to take him to get one but I decided to take him here and it was great! Hes almost 3 and this was the easiest and fastest haircut. I am very satisfied..i will definitely take him here from now on. I recommend this place.

Clean shop and comfortably quiet.
All very friendly and polite.
I've seen most of the hair stylists cuts and they all do a great professional cut.
