Unfortunately my appointment has been cancelled on the day of 2 times in a row now. Both times I showed up to the salon and was told when I got there that I would not be seen.
This morning I showed up for my 8 o’clock appt, was told I could not be seen, and then received a call at 8:36 letting me know.
Poor business practice with no effort to make things work. Fortunately Sahair Salon heard my situation and made things work for me.
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Leah, is my go to girl who always does a phenomenal job at cutting my hair and ensuring the accuracy of how I want it. She’s very polite, kind, caring and overall a warm person!! The other ladies in there I’m sure do wonderful as well. However, shout out to Leah! You go girl!!
I love my stylist Kat, which is why I have been going to HCX for 10+ years. Beyond that, the shop is always clean, all of the staff are friendly and accommodating when possible. They did everything necessary for their customers health and safety during the pandemic. And last but certainly not least, they do excellent work.
I had a coupon so I wanted to try a new salon. My appt. was early June, so wearing a mask was required. I was happy with that! I have to admit I was hesitant with how the results would turn out having a newer stylist work on my very thick/course hair type. However, Olivia did a fantastic job with color highlights, continued to reassure me the color she suggested would turn out great. I let her go with it....not really knowing what I wanted anyway. The cut/trim was perfect, and she knew how to handle a razor/and scissors on thick hair cutting so it would lay smoothly.
I have had many compliments on my hair, with that in itself, tells you
your stylist did a great job. Thanks Olivia....I will be back as a client of yours.

I have finally found a Salon that exceeds my expectations. The staff is a delight, helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is calm and you can tell these girls help each other to make your experience wonderful. I give Cindy 5 ⭐️’s for her knowledge of correcting a bad color & cut I had received from another Hair Salon. And, the price was so affordable I went out and bought a new outfit for my new look.
First time trying this establishment and my Master stylist was Lena. She without a doubt lives up to her title. She was able to run her hands through my hair and tell me how I style my hair on the typical day. (I do not wear product to my hair appointments) I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cut.
Autumn was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier! She is an extremely talented stylist! She really listens to what you say and then she works her magic! Upon arriving I was very unhappy with the color of my hair and in no time she completely transformed it and my hair is now absolutley beautiful! The salon is immaculate, super cute, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend, as I will definitely be returning ! A big thanks to Autumn, she's the best!

First off, I'm a wash-and-go girl, so I am not the target audience for such a place, BUT the awesomeness of the haircut and style I got today was too great to not feel the need to shout from the mountaintops! Lindsay (sp?) was an awesome stylist who was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted before she started working on my hair. My hair is long, thick and unruly, not to mention a pain in the neck to deal with (hence, the wash-and-go deal!), but Lindsay was patient and meticulous in her work, which included a layering haircut and curling-iron style - she was able to make my hair look like the kind of hair I see in magazines and wish I could have. I walked out feeling like a bazillion bucks! My only regret is that I did this in the middle of the week instead of the weekend, when I really want to look this cute! Very much going back to see Lindsay for my next haircut, and know 100% that I will always walk out feeling as good as I feel right now!
