Had a weird experience here. I came to return some hair and laid my items on the counter. 1) the guy cashier pulls out a hunting knife as I reach for my items on the counter (the ones I had paid for previously) to open the package (bag). This was a bit aggressive. I was taken aback and thankfully pulled my hand back before anything happened. It upset me because the items I owned and were bringing back. I was reaching to open the bag for him. I went ahead and let him handle my things since he yielded a knife. Then when he went through my things to check for the return he sees one pack of hair that was only opened but nothing used, moved or damaged, (hair) he refused to take back. Could have resold. Nothing was wrong it literally was just opened and closed back. They made me feel like a bad person. I won’t spent money here again. It was an awful experience.
Went in for a hair clipper. Had a lot of selection, had great help.
Whenever I come here I always find exactly what I need (and then some lol). Store is always clean, bright, and well-kept. The managers/owners are often friendly while checking out. Very good selection of products.
Good supplies but very little help waited about 35 minutes then found someone finally.and when you get some help the second someone else walk up and interrupt staff takes off without answer your question. The ladies that work the floor are pretty good however they end up getting stuck with everything. So supplies good owners not so helpful. Staff good but handling too much because no help from owners. Weaves and wigs are expensive and this store make a lot of money. Should treat customers better. I'm looking for new store to buy my hair
Prices on the mannequins are different from the price on the box and they don't even care to match it. The items are very nice and good Quality the storage clean the woman who helps you find the wig are awesome the people who work at the front are not really any help at all. And I come to the store a lot and still get treated at the front with the same disrespect little to any help.
