They could improve on quoting the correct price.
I was told one price before they started on my hair and then when it came time to pay, they charged me more than what they initially said it'd be.
I really enjoy coming to this salon! There are many wonderful workers that have their own amazing styles. If I cant decide what kind of hair or nails to do anyone there will help me figure it out. I leave this salon always looking beautiful! Highly recommend coming here.
Been going here for 4 years now and never had any problems. Tatyana and Julia are the two people I would recommend people to go to. Everyone else has like 7 years of experience and are good too. They also take people without appointements, if your schedule is packed like mine. I paid for my girlfriends hair to be died plenty of times and know that they do a really good job with that too.
Horrible service! If you want to gain extra stress on your wedding day and for someone to ruin you mood, go to this place. Hairdresser got mad at me just because I asked her to curl my hair the way I want, she started convincing me that I don’t want this kind of hairstyle because SHE thinks her way is better! One of the worst places I have ever visited. My preference was not to have a lot of hair spray, that lady did her own way anyways. My friend asked a hairdresser to make an updo and all she got in response is “you’re a young lady, why do you want to hide your hair, it’s not even pretty that way,” Also, she called names at her because my friend wanted a hairstyle the her way.
FYI, bring your own hair pins and accessories because they are NOT included into $65 dollars. All I received at this place is bunch of stress and my mood went down the drain. Once again, I WOULD NOT RECOMMENT THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO RESPECTS THEMSELVES!
We took our boys to get a haircut there. We explained how to make the cut and even showed pictures. Nothing advanced, just the current style with long hair on top and very short on the sides. Unfortunately, the stylist was not competent enough to make the right hair style. The cuts ended up much too short. My older one ended up very upset. On top of that it is more expensive than other ships. This is my second time there and I am disappointed again.

I walked in towards their closing time and I had to say hello and waited for an acknowledgement. UnderstanUnderstanding that they were both with customers I waited while reviewing their prices at the counter. Once one lady asked how can I help you and I said I just came for a quote right now, for hair color. Hey answer was no, not right now and turned to the other with a smirk like I was making an outrageous request. I walked out without a further word. It is obvious I am not their type of preferred customer.
Veronica Pechenyuk is the best hairstylist there! She's young, gorgeous, and she does an amazing styling job! I have been going to her for about 1 year and a half and she has never disappointed me! If I could, I would give her 10 stars.
