Horrible and dishonest service! I told Valentina I only wanted a trim. Like 2-3 inches off my hair. She went ahead and cut at least 7 inches off my hair without asking me. And then proceeded to lie about it. I heard other people with the same stories here. I think they do this on purpose to sell peoples hair for money. Which is actually illegal without the consent of the customer. This is honestly a lawsuit waiting to happen. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to walk out looking like a boy.
I have been here twice now for a walk in men's cut. Almost no wait, barber like cut. Very affordable, folks are nice but be aware this is a no frills experience
This is a Polish and Russian neighborhood so expect non English to be spoken, the important thing is I felt welcomed here as a guest of their salon
I will be back but at some point I would be better off choosing a repeat stylist I suspect, else chance a different look each visit
1.) You expect the hairstylist to wash your hair before they start cutting but they didn't.
2.) When she started to cut my hair she grabbed the front of my hair showed my the length she was gonna cut it. She asked me if this is the length but before I could answer she chopped it off.
3.) She didn't even style my hair

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and I went to college but every time I came back I made sure to get a haircut by them the girl that usually cuts my hair does no longer work there and I recently found out about it and naturally I did not know anyone else there they said come in and someone will help me right away I wait for 30 min as every employee looked at me waiting and continued to help everyone else that came in. No longer coming here they had one lady that was good and she no longer works there. They have lost my business
