I love shopping at this location. They always seem to have what it is that I need and of course things that I could use that I didn't know I needed until I saw it. The people here are so nice and they help you when you can't find things and they really honestly know what it is that you're talking about even when it seems like you're playing Hooked on Phonics because you don't have the right words. I would definitely suggest that anyone who needs beauty products for their hair and other go to Hair Plus. Thank you.!!.

I rate this supply store a four based on the quality and selection of products. For the most part they are competitively priced.

I rate customer service a 3. I was pleased at one point to see a diverse demographic working there, but honestly nether of the two girls seemed happy with how they were being managed ( I know because, I asked). Neither the Latino woman or Afrikan women works there anymore

The service is best when the younger family members are helping customers or the wife. The older male who mans the front counter often lacks customer service in my opinion. (rate a 3)

They have good hours as well. Downside, because I'm a stylist, I often need to purchase hair for clients on a Sat.when they are closed, but it's best that every business takes a day off.

Great store for fashion jewelry, hair accessories and products too. They gave extensions, pony tails, real human hair weaves, etc. Plus little nick nacks like key chains, hand held fans, sandals, hats, etc. Pretty neat place to check out.

Love their wet and wavy bundles. The guys debit system was down and i had to go to an atm so he gave me a discount on my stuff which made it well worth it because I was gonna buy the product either way... ????

I have been shopping with hair plus for 20 yrs.... They have been the best at: ordering special orders, ordering in bulk for me, keeping what I personally need in stock an ready for pick up....the owners are very aware & keep up on latest changes to hair & products. After 20 years of business & friendship there business & friendship are above any question of quality or honesty.

Called to make sure they were opening, and when I got there the place was locked up. Called again, and the employee acted confused and said he was on a 30 minute break. This place has a bizarre way of running a business. I will never spend money here.
