The Staff Was Super Nice But The Store Is Cluttered. Very Unappealing. Too Much Packed In Such A Small Space. Cameras Were Everywhere But Is Understandable Because Of The Amount Of Stuff In There, It Is Impossible To See Over And Around Shelves.
Crotchet Hair Prices Were A Little Higher Than A Few Of The Other Stores Around The City.
Very cluttered and in disarray. The owner (I assume) has no customer service skills. I was in the store for a good 5 mins before being acknowledged and both the owner and employee made eye contact with me when I walked in.
The lady in the store was super welcoming, nice and helpful. Very personable felt like I knew her forever!
This is the only place I get my braiding hair from. I live 30 minutes away, but I make the trip because I can always find what I'm looking for. They pretty much have every hair color, style, and length. From 12 inch to 64+ inch...yaaaasss! They also have a variety of natural hair products. Stores a little unorganized, but it's because they have SO many hair options. Just ask for what you are looking for and whoever is working will point you in the right direction. Great customer service!

Had lots of different variety anything you're looking for in extension wigs ect... For some of the experiences that were poor quality prices were too high. The gentleman that was the cashier I'm thinking that the store owner was very helpful and very nice place was a little hot
It may be a bit cluttered at times, but it's overall great. I get most of my hair there; they have the cutest styles of hair, in my opinion. They're friendly to their customers, kept a wig for me so I can buy it the next day. I highly recommend them to people. Keep up the excellent work!
All they need is full lace 360 wigs for me to give them a 5 star.
