Hair Jordan's Barbershop is the spot to get faded and lined up. Jordan and Brian take their profession real seriously. My son is Autistic and from day one Jordan has been patient with my son. Now my son looks forward on getting a haircut at Hair Jordan's Barbershop. Keep up the good work fellas.
This is the best Barbershop ever! It's really friendly and professional. It's a place for the guys but also a comfortable place for a mother to bring her son. The guys that work there skill level is off the charts. everyone needs to get their haircut at Jordan's

Most Barbers there can cut hair, but the customer service is very poor . Maybe it’s because the owner is young and inexperienced when it comes to business.
My 3 year old son at the time was tapping on the window and he asks me if I could tell him to stop because he doesn’t didn’t want him to break it. I said really, he’s three. I immediately got both my boys and left. He lost my business for a while. But earlier this year I let my son go for an emergency haircut. Everything seemed to get better until today. I dropped off my son immediately after school at 3:25 pm and my son begins waiting on the owner to finish cutting the person hair already sitting down. He patiently waited on his turn as he was under the impression that he was next. No one mentioned anything about appointments or anything else for that manner. As soon as the owner gets done cutting the guy hair. My son gets up with the intention of getting into the chair for a haircut. But the owner stops him and says “Oh I’m sorry I had an appointment” , ok, that’s understood.
But he tells my son, don’t worry I’ll get you in a few minutes. Keep in mind it’s now 4pm. My son waits once again patiently another 45 minutes; once again from out of nowhere he is told again he has another appointment. Once he was promised a haircut a few minutes after 4. I picked him up at 4:45pm and that was the end of that. Lost my business again. I understand it’s his business, and as a small business man you feel for the guy and try to support local business. But once customer service continues to issue a decision needs to be made. Goodbye and god bless you with your business. But he lost 3 clients.
Great Environment. The barbers are real friendly. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted. I've been getting by Jordan for 3 years and he's never let me down. Each barber takes there time on your hair to show you they are passionate about their art. Some don't understand that a fade takes time. I've yet to get a haircut and felt rushed. I'd rather get a 30 min haircut at Hair Jordan's rather than get a quick 15 min haircut by a place that just wants my money and doesn't care about the outcome.
Made appointment they were right on time . Place was clean nothing fancy but I received a great haircut . Price was pretty average. They had drinks and chips for the kids. Great little Highland Barber.
We showed up to get hair cuts for me and my stepson. Barber 1 takes over 1 hour cutting his hair. The second guy with long hair finishes up with his client only to tell me and hour later "oh i have an appointment coming in" So I replied you knew I was here for a cut as well and it never dawned on your dumb butt to mention this. Worst service amd location in NWI! Even other shops have heard about their ways. Never again.
Best barber shop in the region. With so many barber shops around, Hair Jordans its the only legit straight up chicago style true barbers. They know their cuts, and go out of their way to accomadate you to make sure you get and leave with what you asked for.. (Haircut that is) lol. Shout out to B...
