They're very friendly and make you feel at home. The only thing that I would suggest is giving customers an estimate on total cost. I get that they can't fully until they know what they're doing. But once they talked to their customers and got everything situated I'd highly recommend they tell you the total.
Very disgusted with Hair Design salon.My daughter saw a young lady her name is Grace she is new to the salon she told me after the fact.Gave my daughter a perm the perm did not curl at all.I wanted a refund and to close this chapter.The owner of the salon would not reinvurse me.I will never go to that salon again.And I will let my friends and family know not to go to Hair Design.
Stylist was very inexperienced and bad at cutting hair. Will never go here again.
Have been going here to see Teresa since I have been little. She has been the only one to cut my hair that can get the layers like I like them. She as well as the other staff are always friendly and willing to help or give you suggestions on cuts/color. Highly recommend Teresa
This is the first place a friend suggested when I wanted to go blonde from dark brown hair. I couldn't be any happier with the results I have received from Misty. She has done a good job on helping me get a color I love, will go back anytime I need new color or something fresh. All the other staff here are really friendly and helpful also!
Great Salon! I needed a cut & color before my vacation and not only did Misty fit me in- she did a Fabulous job! I Love my hair! Shes Fun & easy to work with & great at what she does! My cut is perfect and the color is Gorgeous! I expected to pay a lot more & the price was very reas onable as well.Im very happy & I have a new salon ..I highly recommend it!

Jill could work in any fancy big city hair salon, but she's right here in the great Northwoods with us. She is excellent with cut and color, and I've always been happy with the results.
