I've moved from this immediate area, but went here to get either human braiding hair or wefted hair to cut. Very different atmosphere from my previous visits in the past 2 years. The person at the counter seemed to be less than willing to help. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Quite sad as this used to be a good place to go.
And it's even more sad the owners now are "clapping back" in replies to review. What you should do it try to make it right with people who are not happy with service and not make sure to keep money out of your pockets. This is not how you retain and build a customer base. I will be making sure others in my network in now to not patronize this store.
Edit (10/18/2022): And per their response, there seems to be no desire to make amends. When your staff seems not wanting to care about helping a customer, that says a lot. Then when an owner decides to pop off in rebuttal, WOW! Guess before I was lucky to have even you be nice to me once because I was in my work uniform. But sweats and a t-shirt means my money isn't good enough to try to help me.
I’ve been coming to Hair Day for years. They matched my weave that looks incredible. No one can tell what is my hair vs. my clip in’s. I also have purchased 3 wigs. All of which have worked out really well! It’s a hidden gem! ????????
I've been sitting in the parking lot waiting for 25min. for them to return. The signs says, "will return in 10min". Numerous people have come and left. I guess they don't need business.
I returned to only be harassed by the owner asking me why I left a review with one star. My daughter and I had to leave because he wanted to argue about a review that was accurate.
Arrived at store the door had a sign that said be back in 10 minutes with the door locked
My mother and I waited 30 min then went to another store. When we came back we went in the store and the employee asked if either me or my mother were the one that left the one star review. I said yes we waited 30 min and wathced multiple people come only to see the door was locked. He then stated we didn’t have to shop there and we are unprofessional smh. This is not at all how you respond to feedback from a customer. At the end of the day he was the extremely unprofessional and rude one his loss though. You get none of my money now or ever again.
Oh and I almost forgot the phone number listed on Google and the phone number on the window of the store are incorrect.

Very friendly! Greeted as soon as you walk in and they work with you need. Best hair store I’ve been to. Highly recommend.
The owner is my guy for life! He used to own a shop in my hometown and due to some theft that was happening in the area he moved his shop to Pittsburgh, which adds hour to my travel time to him but it is sooooo worth is. I'm a online shopper when it comes to my hair and items but if I ever need something in person and quick, it's without hesitation to go to him.
