My first time walking into this Store was rather exciting.. It was amazing to see all the different hair products. The envior meant was great. There is enough lighting. The walls are neatly line up with differnt types of braiding hair. The shelves are stocked neatly with items easy to get too.. The only thing I say would be a minor problem would be the grating of customers as they walk In. It's important to engage with the customers making them feel good and understand the products that they are selling. A nice friendly Man works there.. Great attitude.. The owner Is a Gem also... Prices don't seem that expensive. It is a Store that if you enjoy different products or different colors you will get lost in there. This is my candy store. There is plenty of parking. The hours of operation are 10 to 10.. That is perfect for someone who gets off later then usual.
Not a big selection of hair i was looking for a particular style of crochet. They didnt have it or offer any suggestions on helping me get it. the staff is nice. The place was clean. Nice music

Hair company has one of the nicest staff out of the few hair stores I go to. They have he cheapest bundles so don’t have to order online. Customer service is great I’m always in and out of the store. I usually go to Hair Master in east liberty but I don’t have to because Hair company has what I need.
I LOVE HAIR COMPANY! The plethora of stylish wigs, wide variety of hair bonnets/scarves/accessories/products, makeup/nail polish, jewelry, plus more makes my shopping experience very pleasant. The establishment is brightly lit, inviting, and well organized/stocked. Last, but not least, the young man who manages HAIR COMPANY is courteous, professional, pleasant, and efficient/effective in his customer service role and store management. HAIR COMPANY is MORE THAN another wig & hair products store. HAIR COMPANY has the ambience of an intimate boutique that l look forward to visiting again for my personal needs.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever had they were so friendly and funny. Made me feel so comfortable and Took the time to show me things and me being a girl I'm so undecided with things and they were patient with me. I will be back thank you guys so much
