Affordable compared to other barbers in Brum and way better cut and service! Staff are friendly, products felt amazing on my skin and hair, skin fade and beard shape up looked great. Overall, would highly recommend.
been going since 2019, samie who cuts my hair always, without question, goes above and beyond to getting the perfect cut for whatever youre looking for. in the past ive had long hair, got skin fades and now im cutting into a mullet , all haircuts have been perfect. very knowledgeable and very nice price i would highly recommend getting your haircut by samie, i wouldnt want anyone else. very good customer service
I came into this establishment today with high hopes after they cut my hair nicely another time. I came here with my friend and to be honest, he received a very good haircut which he was happy with. Now listen, I don’t leave reviews at all so for me to even write this shows how bad the haircut was. My hair was absolutely ruined. I asked 3 times for “a little tiny bit off the top” and the barber decided to not even measure the length and asking before cutting, he just proceeded to hack at my hair with scissors, with the finishing touch of cutting my fringe in a straight line, leaving a “bowl cut” appearance. It was genuinely heart breaking to see my barber just cut off so much hair after I asked for a “tiny bit” off the top. To be honest, the skinfade was good, however it got completely ruined by the top. If I can attach a photo I will sacrifice my dignity to show you how much pain I am currently in. I look like I just came out of the young offenders film.
Absolutely amazing, I rang and asked if they could cut my sons hair while he's in the children's hospital and they came to the ward and were so good with him as he's special needs, and sammi was so patient with him and did a brilliant job, thank you so much again
Pretty nice place. Had my haircut here for a year plus while in Birmingham. One thing I enjoyed is that the manager’s admin skills are top-notch.
Fresh haircut,great staff,fantastic pricing would recommend to anyone in the city centre.

I've been goin' here years... friendly, personal service : not overpriced like many other city centre barbers. there can be issues with less experienced barbers, and (some) of the clientele can be a "mixed bag", but that's not the owners fault, per se. (as hairstylists go these days, their service is good value for money).
Edit: wonderful barber here (i think he's called Kevin) gentle and attentive, listened carefully to my requirements, warm-hearted owners (5 stars)!
Rubbish, Environment is horrible, very loudly speaking place, there is no respect of all staff barbers and girls who are working downstairs, Big man always doing arguments with staff front of customers, He speaking very loudly and rudely with staff , He have very bad and rude behaviour with them, its not look right front of the customer's, if he have any issues talk nicely and lonely with staff not front all of them, customers are not right all the time but he is shouting on staff because of customers , i don't like this place where no respect of team members..????????
