I would put 5 if it was for frank but the rest of the employees just stand around. I would definitely recommend frank he’s one of the best in the inland empire... ???????????????????????? he’s really good with kids and awesome with men’s hair.

IF I COULD ID GIVE ZERO STARS. I AM WARNING EVERYONE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. THEY HAVE UNLISENCED UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING HERE. I WENT IN WITH HAIR TO MY WAIST AND ASKED FOR A HAIRCUT TO MY MID BACK AND HIGHLIGHTS. I WAS SEEN BY MERCEDES AKA MERCY WHO TURNED OUT TO BE JUST A STUDENT WITH NO SUPERVISION. MY HAIR IS CHOPPED UP TO MY SHOULDERS AND ORANGE!!!! I HAD TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET MY MONEY BACK TO SEE IF THIS CAN BE FIXED. THE OWNER SANDRA IS VERY RUDE AND UN PROFESSIONAL AND YELLS AT YOU IN FRONT OF CLIENTS. I ALSO ENDED UP WITH CHEMICAL BURNS TO MY SCALP WITH THEIR SO CALLED HIGH END PAUL MITCHELL PRODUCTS AGAIN AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY DONT HAVE STUDENTS USING REAL PEOPLE AS GUINEA PIGS!!!!!

I love Sandra! She always takes good care of her customers! She takes her time and never rushes. She's very nice and caring. I highly recommend!

If I could I would leave this place no stars. Absolutely horrible service! Gemma is the worst stylist there. Did the opposite of what I asked for and when I asked her to fix it she refused and went on to make a scene in front of the whole shop. She told me I would have to pay full price all over again for her service and products. All of that to fix HER mistakes. Left the shop with orange/green hair. And after this I contacted the owner and she also was of no help. They refused to correct the issue. Also refused to give me even a partial refund. WORST HAIR SALON AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE!!! Save your money do not go go here!

This is more of a barber shop than a hair salon. Every time I go there is no one to cut women's hair. If you want to cut,color, what ever your hair don't go here. Wasted 30 minutes of my time! They could have said no one is here to help you so I can find another salon. Second time they make me waste my time. Never going here again!

the barbers there are beyond great . always hooking you up with what you want . I strongly recommend Jeffrey & Daniel, they're in my top 5 barbers here in the IE plus both of them are great with kids. but be sure to make an appointment or else you'll be waiting for them both for quite some time . YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Been to almost all the barbershops in the area. Most play loud horrible rap while your getting a hair cut. Supercuts and Great clips are so inconsistent with their quality and just try to get you out. I like this place because you can typically get a hair cut as soon as you walk in the doors. You can choose to wait for a barber on one side or get a cut from one of the hair stylist on the other side. The stylist do just as good of a job.

awesome place to get your hair cut, my previous barber shop is the worst. this place is awesome and give you exactly what hair cut or style you'll want. although the price is kinda expensive it is worth it 100%. plus you can make a call to get your hair cut at any time you want and they will wait for you.; )
