One of the best eating and dining experiences I've had in a long time.

Food and Price:

The food was great, and there were a lot of options. However it was not particularly cheap. If you have 2 to 3 people, expect to spend upwards of $100 as a group. Despite this, I believe that for a fun outing, this would definitely be worth it. The sauce options and meat quality were great, and I would recommend getting the hand stretched noodles, because you get a special performance each time :)

Service:

The servers here provided extremely good service and were very attentive. They constantly made sure you had what you needed and they did indeed refill my water many times.

Restaurant and Dining Experience:

The restaurant was very pleasant, modern, and clean. Their system was very organized and they were able to maximize table space in an ingenious way that I've seen be problems for other restaurants. They even had a robot delivering our food :D

I'd also like to rave about their bathroom which offered many amenities that I've never seen in any other public bathroom. There were complimentary feminine hygiene products, hair ties, mouth wash, a lint roller, phone screen cleaners, and more. It was very impressive, and although this restaurant is not cheap, I would highly recommend!

First time trying this place out. It's very good and elegant on the inside. Restrooms are very clean too. We have the mushroom soup base and tomato soup base both of which were out of this world. The quality of the meat and veggies was great as well, definitely worth checking out or coming with your loved ones.

My best place for hotpot,always with great food and service.Only one thing worry about me is if they get enough business as this location always quiet, even though in the puente hills mall,but this mall never been busy.好吃经常来的火锅店，每次来服务永远都这么好，我希望他们的生意永远好永远持续下去，虽然在mall里面，但这家mall每次都没有人购物。总之希望生意好持续下去这样我就不用找其他地方的火锅了。

For non-meat eaters

I love this hot pot chain!

Food: my family said the meat is not as good as the x-pot. But I love the fact that we can divide the pot into a four sections so I don't feel left out as a non-meat eater! Not that many Hot pot restaurants have this option. And water (comes with a few slice of daikon and some goji berry) is free, ????, for non meat eaters. All you have to do is put some garlic, green onion, some fancy condiments of your choice, and turn it into a soup base!

Condiments station is awesome with all different kind of sauces! The dessert is always wonderful. There's free porridge, selection of fruits, and tofu salad!

The bathroom is super clean, well stocked with so many fancy things like, and smell so good! This is a very important component as a nasty bathroom can destroy your visit no matter how tasty the food is! ???????? Oh and they give you an apron to wear so foot doesn't have to flash on your clothes! So your bright color clothing can be protected.

Service: very professional and courteous! Thank you, Adrian, our wonderful server!

Overall, this is a great Hot pot place for anyone to visit and enjoy time together with family! Even as a non meat eater, I have so many choices to spark up my meals and stuff my belly feeling included with my friends and family!

Finally, do not forget to eat the ice cream! They are only $1 and has a fancy selection!

Hidden inside the Puente Hills Mall, the restaurant can be accessed from many direction, but the closest and shortest walk from the parking lot is the southeast entrance. Ordering is done via a given tablet assigned for each table. The soup pot can be divided into 4 sections, we chose 2. Good quality meat, good flavor soup, fresh veggies, DIY sauce from the mini bar (99 cents/person), very attentive staffs. We ended up spending a little over $100 for a party of 4, with Lunch Special Combo (4 trays of meat+1 extra we decided to add at the end). We selected Pork Bone Soup and Mushroom Soup. Recommend the HaiDiLao Shrimp Paste, yummy !

Soups are delicious except for mala mouth numbing soup which is too strong for most of us. Other soups are good, service is excellent and dancing noodles all over the restaurant.

Was our first time at this place - found out about it via social media. Everything was well explained & easy to navigate! Food came out on this robot - very cute. Everything tasted very delicious and the meat was good quality. Definitely would come again :)

It's a blast from when I spend time in China. If you like hotpot, this is the real deal and hand made, to order noodles definitely helps. Great cuts of meat and fresh vegetables - you can't go wrong. If you like the taste of lobster, try the lobster balls!
