I’ve been using Haddy for 16 years and she and her staff have always been professional and provided excellent service! Micro box braids waist length!!
Horrible customer service !!!! Walked in the shop spoke and everybody looked at me like I was crazy. I held my phone up with a picture of the style I wanted and all the girls pointed at one lady I walked over to her showed her the picture of two jumbo feed in braids I asked how much and when would she be available she told me 60 and no I then asked what about the next day she said no booked I then asked when will you have another availability she told the person she was On the phone with to hold on and proceeded to braid and not acknowledge that I was trying to book a appointment after being ignored I walked out I rarely leave reviews but I can’t deal with the rude attitudes when I’m trying to book a appointment.. she acted as if I was bothering her very dismissive attitude and demeanor
I’ve been here twice both times I loved the after product and fastest I’ve ever had micros done good price good professionalism everybody must go for your braid needs.....Went back today and was there for 4 hours with kinky twist and they remembered me from before definitely won’t go anywhere else these ladies are the best
Mrs Haddy was a blessing in such short time.Salon very clean and everyone was so professional. Fanta was my stylist, excellent service, reasonable price and outstanding quality.The best in Huntsville!
I’ve had my hair braided here a few times and each time I am impressed with my hair. My edges are not snatched out and my head doesn’t hurt for days but my hair stays braided for a nice amount of time. They are very pleasant and professional with their work at her shop! I plan to get box braids for my birthday again this fall! Great work here ladies!

The braider turned me away because she says my hair was too short to braid but yet she told me to come back next day?? Just say u didn’t want to do it or it would’ve took too long….
