I had high hopes for this nail salon after reading the reviews, but my nails looks a mess! I have tried many different places in Charlotte that haven't been that great and I wanted a place closer to home. I was greeted by a gentleman sitting in a chair where clients would sit. He didn't say anything initially, so I was unsure if he was waiting or if he worked there. He finally greeted me and I told him I wanted a gel manicure. He quickly told me to go sit at seat #3. I sat down and he gave me the nail swatches to look at. Almost immediately after I sat down, my nail tech came over to start removing my previous gel polish. I was then forced to try to go through all the swatches with one hand and felt very rushed to pick a color. I ended up choosing a color that I do like, but may not have been what I would have chosen had I been given more time to look. I will say, they did have a lot of great colors to choose from. The nail tech was very nice! We had a great conversation the entire time. Unfortunately, she didn't do the best work. It wasn't until after I left that I noticed my nails didn't look great. The manicure felt very rushed. Based off all my other manicure experiences, I feel like a lot of steps were missed. She barely did my cuticles and some of my nails are still jagged. My biggest complaint though is the application of the polish. It's bubbled in some places and there's polish all over my skin around the nail. She didn't pull the polish down all the way on some nails, so they already look grown out. Overall, I really wanted to like this place and I really enjoyed talking to my nail tech, but I will not be a returning customer. Still on the hunt for a forever nail salon.

Absolutely loved my nails and service. They were so kind and welcoming. Le was my nail tech, and she went above and beyond, and made sure all my nails were even and straight ???? making sure all my nails were the same length ???????? I will be back !!

I LOVED this place. They were so friendly and so inexpensive for the great job they do. I got a full acrylic set, a design, and diamonds for $55 which in the Charlotte area is a STEAL. They had a rude customer come in while I was there and they handled it so well. They are super sweet, do a thorough job, and are fairly priced. I will be making this my regular salon! Give this place a try!!

We had such a great time getting our nails done here. 7 of us came about a day ot two before my sisters wedding. They fit us in quickly and everyones nails look fantastic! We will definitely have the best nails at the wedding! Everyone was so kind! We will definitely be back soon.????

???????? love their work! They are friendly and efficient. I like to go early when they just open before work or after work. I always get a gel manicure, but they provide really good pedicure spa services as well. I have been coming here since June of this year and they know their stuff. They are creative! I’m excited about my new Halloween designs but it’s time to get a fill, so pic next time lol

I left the salon today and couldn’t help but leave a review. Brooklynn did my pedicure and fullset. Her work speaks for itself, everyone was super nice & welcoming. I pre-booked my next appointment!

Green Nails Spa is great! Since new management has taken over, I am back. The spa itself has been freshened up with lighter colors and is inviting. Brooke-Lynn does a beautiful job on my nails and gives me exactly what I want. Great service too.

My experience here was so great! The staff was super nice and helpful. I came here for a pedicure and loved the results. It's very modern, super cleaned and organized.
