I went in Sept 3rd with 3 others. The oldest man in there was my tech. We all got a basic pedi with gel.he rushed thru the service..didn't want to use the shaver on my calluses..he just buffed my feet with a pumice stone for 20 seconds and said put your foot back in the water. My other friends were getting the shaver so I asked him to do it..he told me NO..proceeded to argue that it was not part of a basic pedi but my friends were getting it..so he did it grudgingly.
I got a 1 min massage... 90 miles an hr.
He didn't want me to enjoy any of it.
Then he started acting like he was gonna start polishing. So I stopped him..I said aren't you gonna push and trim my cuticles? He said NO..brought another tech over who told me I didn't have cuticle skin to remove!
I've NEVER had to tell a nail tech how to give a pedi..and the basic pedi includes callus removal and cuticle trimming..its on the paper they show you to pick a service!
Not going back ever..didn't tip..
And one woman tech burned my friends feet I'm scalding water and dug soo deep under her 2nd toe it bled and she limped out..no tip for her either.
I have been going to this shop for 5 1/2 years. It was recently overtaken by new owners. The first time I went since new ownership was ok. The older lady that does my pedicures is great (she stayed on from old owners). I went back a second time and my nails were nothing like I was wanting. Third time, I call and make an appointment for when I get off work, i get there at 550 as I told her I would, they don't close until 7 and the sign is off and door is locked. Leo came out and I told him I had an appointment he asked my name, apologized, and asked me to come back tomorrow. I told him I couldn't and he shrugged . I just walled away. I will not be going back.
They were amazing. All the technicians do a great job. The nail salon was extremely clean! Enjoyed my experience!! I was so very happy. Thank you! Recommend!!
I love my nails!!! I honestly don't think I've ever had a better manicure and it was very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be going back when I need my nails done next.

I rarely have my nails done. My daughter has taken me here a couple of times and they always did a great job. This time my wonderful husband brought me here to have my nails done. I will be a returning customer. I plan of having my nails done more often now since I am now retired ????
