I had a great experience! This was only my second time getting a manicure, the first time here. They were friendly, staff wore masks, and I am really happy with the finished product. I got a gel manicure with almond shape and my total was $44. Seems very reasonable for the work they do ????

This salon doesn't post prices or services anywhere. I asked about them here, and visitors replied positively, so I made an appoint.. I arrived & was quickly sat. I showed her what I wanted and she began, but skipped my cuticles. I asked her to please push them back even if it was a extra charge. I was so tired I kept falling asleep, but my cuticles were good and nails looked right to my sleepy eyes & I gave my approval, so she painted them. Not until I got home did I see the shape was off, but I can fix that. I'm very happy with the outcome & highly recommend them. Although, they NEED to post the services & prices!! I'd get more done if I knew what they do. My full set & Cuticles =$35+$5 tip. It was so worth the money. They look almost like the photo of what I wanted. I said, medium-length almond shaped nude nails. She did it!

Don’t go here! The customer service was horrible. One of the ladies was extremely rude. She got up in the middle of a pedicure to talk to a guy in the entrance. Left me for 30 minutes without saying a word. She came back and never said sorry. After that she was in a rush… I have a condition that makes me move involuntarily and she was so mean and said that my nails were going to get messed up because I was moving so much. When she was done she just left and didn’t say a word. I felt discriminated..,

I waited an hour and fifteen minutes before I was able to get my nails done. I just got a polish change. Staff were super friendly. My nails look good but they got some of the polish on my skin...

I visited Great Nails for the first time recently for a gel manicure. Upon walking in I first noticed the obnoxiously bright red wall and that everything else looked quite bare. I told one of the ladies I would like a gel manicure. I was then told to pick a color. No indication of wait time. I sat down and waited about 10-15 minutes, not bad for a walk in, but would have been nice to know. My nail tech was very friendly and we chatted a little while she did my manicure. Overall my nails looked good, but she was a little rough with the nail file and some of my nails ended up being oddly shaped. The price was reasonable and similar to other shops in the area. My visit was overall pleasant and my nails look nice. It would be nice if nail techs cell phones were turned off during a service, kind of unprofessional. Also, the appearance of the salon would be much more soothing without the red wall and some spa like accents.

So I've been searching for a legit nail salon for awhile now. I feel like this is the ONE. It's a Friday night and I needed my nails done ASAP for a night out. Walking in at 6:50pm with no appointment at all. Of course, i was the last customer. It took 1hr for my turn.. But let me tell you.. It is worth it! I met Sue, she is the manager there and she, YES.. DID my nails. I am sooo in love with it. She stayed back just to do my nails. Salon closed at 730pm, but it was still going until 9. She is such a sweet heart. I definitely recommend this salon. And will definitely come back for a fill! Thank you

I have been going to this nail salon since 2010 and I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. I live 20 minutes away and will literally ONLY go to Great Nails. Occasionally you do have to wait, whether it's in the sitting chair or in the pedicure chair, but I have never really been in a hurry so it has not been a problem. Occasionally I have also had slightly better service from one nail technician over another, but even the worst jobs have been better than anywhere else I go. I have tried other salons around town with friends or based on location convenience, and my money is better spent at Great Nails.

I typically get a pedicure with a design and the polish job/design will last literally 4-6 weeks without chipping. I most recently started getting gel manicures and the last one I got lasted just over 3 weeks and the only reason I took it off was because my nails were too long and driving me crazy. The quality of the gel polish job was outstanding and I am literally going back today. Everyone is friendly, knows my name, is welcoming and pleasant to interact with. I cannot stress enough how much I love this place and will not go anywhere else. Most of the other reviews seem to have one-off issues, but as a consistent, repeat customer for over 6 years, I have not ever seen or experienced these issues.

I had been searching for a new nail salon home since moving to the area. I went everywhere! I came across this salon and gave it a try. My nails turned out amazing! Prices are great and quality is even better. My acrylics don't chip or pop off ever! I can go a month in between visits and they still look great. I highly recommend giving them your business!
