Went to get a cut just dead ends 2inches or so. Told her I didn't part my hair so she went ahead and cut within literally 2-3minutes she was done. It looked fine at first since it was wet and all a couple of hours later once it dried hair looked uneven. Very disappointed I drive back to the salon and tell her my issue she said that it was because i said I didn't part my hair. Made no sense I've had my ends cut plenty of times and this never happened. Long story short she supposedly fixed it but it's still uneven I will definitely not be going there again.
Awful haircut, I had to go get it fixed elsewhere. I've had good experiences at great clips in other locations but this was by far the worst one. The women cutting my hair accidentally hit my eye twice with a comb and when I asked for an undercut thought I meant fohawk. My hair lines on the sides were so uneven i thought it was a joke and because I had my glasses off for the cute I did not notice till I left. This has been my worst experience getting my hair done in years and the last time I had this choppy of a hair cut it was at a beauty School and done by a student no excuse.
Things are alot to say but I just need to say that it was my first time and also last time to.not gonna go there anymore. This is how she did it looks like I am hairless but not I have complete hair all around my head. After this haircut I hated my self.
I've had bad cuts here in the past. but today was the worst haircut I've ever had. I wasn't given a wait time when i checked in at the counter. they man behind me was told 30 minutes. I waited just under 50 minutes and the stylist was rushing through my cut, only using electric razor very quick and crudely. there were 6 others on the list behind me, that might have been why. she didn't ask me any questions about the cut till nearly the end; if "I wanted the edges touched up?" meaning did I want her to trim round my ears, temples, side burns, and back.... I took a shower right when I got home and quickly found out how deep pressed the electric razor into the back of my neck. The whole haircut was extremely uncomfortable, I just didn't realize I was going to have skin irritation for several days after that haircut... Never have a felt so shook up like that, I wanted to say something, but I couldn't salvage that situation in a constructive way so I left. An awful experience...
I went in for a haircut and Tam was working. She was friendly.efficient and cut my hair exactly like asked her too. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist who listens to her customers!!
I have had 3 of the worst haircuts in my life at this location. A while back I got my hair cut by Jane who completely butchered my hair into a mullet. I thought I would give the location a second chance in the hopes that I got someone different. I did, I got Sarah who smelled like she just smoked pot on her break and then attempted to cut my hair. She wasn't listening to me when I had concerns and just finished up as if I didn't even say anything. My layers looked like shelves. I went back in later that day after attempting to make the best of it at home, and my options were Sarah again or Jane who had messed up my hair in the past. Jane ABSOULTELY destroyed my hair. She gave me another mullet and after telling her I wanted to grow it out and keep it as long as possible, she ended up giving me layers that were only a few inches long for hair that was below my shoulders. She as well gave me even more shelves in my hair than before but now it was so short and butchered, I just said it was good enough. I will NEVER go back to a Great Clips again! I then had to go to an expensive salon just to make my hair look presentable.
They are always awesome! Super fast, and efficient! They are also super inexpensive! I have been their 4 times so far to get my hair cut, and every time I have been satisfied with the outcome. They are also super close to Walmart, so if you have to do some grocery shopping, you can go do that and then get your hair cut from the same parking lot!
Legit I never post about anything but this time I just had too. I came in and got a haircut, simple, and I thought it was good. So I paid and left. When I come home I get a closer look and I can't believe how choppy my hair looks!! It looks like a 4 year old went ham on my hair with scissors. I honestly don't recommend this place to anyone!! I'll never be going back here. I wish I could post pictures as well.
