Professional work place even though they are short staffed. Checked in online and had little to no wait time to get haircut. Manager was super nice and did a great haircut. Will definitely be using them going forward..

Love Joy!!! Does an amazing job on our hair!!! Couldn't ask for a better stylist!!! Highly recommend asking for her when you go there!!! Only bad experience ever had was my daughter went to get her bangs cut and happened to get Patty who apparently is the manager and completely wrecked her hair and wasn't even cut straight or the same length across!!!! Great place but will only get Joy!!!

The haircut was fine but never have I ever experienced a worse experience in a salon. The cut was for my 4 year old grandson and I will just say this was definitely not a kid friendly establishment. Also, don’t forget your mask and don’t ask if they have one if you don’t have one. First time there and last time.

Staff is great. The wait is usually not long. You can make appointments online, by phone, or just walk in. They have great deals on haircuts sometimes. You can get a family of four haircut when they have their special for less than thirty dollars. Some places charge thirty dollars for just one haircut. They also carry a large selection of hair care products.

I decided to give it a try, despite the negative reviews. ASK FOR PATTI. Best haircut of my life. She was super nice, and actually LISTENED to me about what I wanted. She cut my hair as well as my 4 year old daughter. She asked me questions every step of the way to make sure i was happy. I live over an hour away and I will be making the drive to see her in about 6 weeks!

They've already done a good job with my haircuts, but what I really appreciate is the excellent service for my fiancee every week. She had eye surgery recently and can't get any water or soap in her eyes. Beverly at Great Clips shampoos and styles her hair for her every week and does a wonderful job, going above and beyond for us.

I was a walk in they told me i had two sign in online and couldnt make an appointment. Two haircutters 0 customers. I signed in online 2 and 1/2 hours wait ok I got lunch

The website stated it will notify u 15 min before ur scheduled time. I showed up at my time still two haircutters one customer outside waiting his turn. 0 customers inside. I told them I was checking in and they told me I must have missed my turn. I told them u never texted me. They told me sorry thats not their department. Wow

I showed Patty a picture of a cut with LONG layering. My hair in the top was 12" long when she started.nonow have hair that is 4" to 6" with no continuity from one spot to the next. Three different haircuts on one head. DO NOT let her cut your hair.
