I haven’t been here yet just to put that out there but prior to me leaving VA the first time around he didn’t have he’s own spot but surely deserved one of his expertise and attention to detail in every cut he gave me. This man will get you right and take care of you and now I know where he’s at I’ll be making my way to Norfolk since I’m back in VA now and expect nothing less but great cuts from this man.
Outstanding Master Barber Rick, went above and beyond, keeping military personnel looking fresh while upholding military hair cut regulations. Highly recommended!
Went in for the first time, being stationed in VA for almost 3 years and the haircut was decent but 40 bucks a cut was a bit overpriced. Still, thank you for the cut????????
Definitely one of the roughest haircuts I've had in a while. The place is rough and so is the guy who cut my hair. Note that they only take Cash and the price was $35 though I think they were just trying to pull one on me.
The moment I walked in the door I was greeted professionally and happily. During my haircut Rick was more than willing to share his experience and skills of the trade with another young man. He took his time and was very polite. It’s uplifting to know that a barber is comfortable enough with his work to teach others. The haircut itself came out far better than I had hoped for and I will be returning again and again. Thank you for the pleasant experience.
Clean, precise, and very detailed. Best cut I've ever had.
I am not from the area but from the point of my entering the establishment, I did not feel uncomfortable or out of place. There was laughing, joking and the noticeable concern to maintain a professional and jovial atmosphere. My experience was extremely refreshing.
As far as the cut, Legit, I can not recall receiving a better one. I would absolutely return and recommend Grand Champions Barbershop to anyone. The attention to detail was evident and there was no rush to get me out of the chair for the next dollar. Again, very refreshing for a customer.
All in all, 5 star!!
I walked in for a haircut and left with a clean fade, beard trim, and a smile. This is the best barber shop I've ever been to. 20:10 would recommend them to anyone! The customer service was far beyond anything I've ever seen.
