I came in as a walk in . The man at the door sitting down was very kind and led me to an available nail tech . The tech didn’t speak much English but her energy towards me felt as if she didn’t really want to do my nails. When she first finished my nails they looked really cute . Not even a few days later the gel Polish on my thumb and pointer finger started chipping . A few days later after that the acrylic chipped off my thumb also . I don’t know if it was her lack of want or insufficient knowledge on proper nail care but these nails didn’t even last me 2 weeks . I’m very disappointed because the reviews all were so good . Will not be going back
I called for an appointment and Grace staff was very professional and provided me a list of availabilities. It was later confirmed via text message and followed up by a reminder. Upon entering the space, I noticed the decor immediately. Everything was so clean yet vibrant. The Staff uniform was bright red that matched the interior so they were easily identified. They were unified and communicated with each other. The Greeter was immediately My appointment time was honored on time. I had friendly service. Although I only spoke a small portion of Spanish but their host was helpful. Music played but was not overwhelming and loud. I love the full service aspect loaded with a vending machine and beautiful furnishings. I loved the elegant wash bowls and overall layout. My mail tech followed instructions precisely and took her time. The ambiance made me also wanted to come back.
Moved to the area a year ago and have been going here since. They are very affordable and provide quality service.
Por lo que más quieran NO SE HAGAN UNA KERATINA EN ESTE LUGAR!!! ocupan materiales de mala calidad que te maltratan tu cabello y aparte la actitud de las tipas de este lugar es LO PEOR en serio no se como pueden ser así se les olvida que sin clientes no comen y cuando haces un reclamo del mal servicio te tratan peor son una basura todas menos la señora mayor que está ahí es bien amable
i LOVED the nails….. my first time here and it was the best experience. i usually have to wait almost an hour at other salons even with an appointment but here they took me right away. She was gentle and they came exactly how i wanted, definitely my new nail spot!!
This small salon is quite the gem of a find, not only were they very accommodating but quick and professional. I loved the young lady who did my Mani she was very gentle and did precisely what I asked. I will definitely be a return customer.

Bad costumer service from one specific lady. Mumbled under breathe while we walked out. had attitude and not willing to be helpful. Rude and annoyed tones. My mother is a nice lady and I’ve come to this location several times before. Everyone has always been very nice and welcoming. Sad to see someone try and ruin the reputation of a nice location. Never have I left this place so unsatisfied. Made my mother and I feel very unwelcome
