Today I asked for my natural hair to be braided to the back. The young lady who usually does my hair do an amazing job but unfortunately she would not be in shop until tomorrow. I made the decision to have someone else do it and it was a mistake. This lady braided my hair in a rush and as a result it looks a mess. Hair is sticking up throughout every braid. My edges are sticking up everywhere. She did not pay them down. During the braiding process she continue to snag my hair with her fingers as if it was extensions pulling my hair out. I am not a confrontational person so I said nothing but due to this experience I will search for another braiding shop to take care of my natural hair. Too add I am now going to another place to get my hair re braided costing me more money because I am completely dissatisfied. Two stars because of the young lady who usually do my hair and gets it right

i come here every 3 months since september last year to have my microbraids done.. these ladies are fast and price is reasonable. my hair has grew so much since i started getting my hair done here.

Bad experience!! Very rough and in a rush to go home. She did a bad job for lemonade braids and charged me $140. Will never come back again.

Terrible service! I went to get faux locs removed, Grace kept saying that my hair is a lot and complained every time she would undo my hair. She told me that she could wash my hair once finished removing my locs but then she said it was too much and she refused to wash my hair, leaving me to leave the salon with dirty hair. THIS IS A HORRIBLE SALON!! Very poor customer service, the ladies do not greet you, and they do not make the experience enjoyable. 0/10 please take your money elsewhere!

I was supposed to get my locs crocheted. Grace said she did this service and charged extra but never performed the service. She cheated me out of money, time, and dignity

Hi this is going to be the most honest review, I visited this salon on 6/17/17 because I had a semi formal event to go to. Before I came to her salon I asked if they could do one jumbo ponytail braid and the owner said yes. When I came to her store no one seemed to know what I wanted done to my hair, my mom had to show a video from YouTube on what to do. The woman who was going to do my hair gave me an estimated price of $20 since I'm using their hair. But the owner said "no, it's $50" which I think is way overpriced for one braid. The woman went on to do my hair and the atmosphere was not pleasant at all and two stylists started arguing in the workplace which was very unprofessional. Though I did like my hair it started coming out on 6/19/17 which I've only had it for 3 days which is unacceptable. I liked the protective style I just don't like the fact that after 3 days have gone by my braid is coming out. I gave it two stars because I did like my hair but their prices are too high and unreasonable

I have been a few times and have been impressed with their work. My tree braids were done quickly with either one or two people and have lasted a while. You can bring your hair or buy hair at the shop. Human hair prices are not bad either. I priced hair before deciding to purchase from them. I went on the recommendation of another reviewer and am very pleased with the results. I walked in once and was finished quicker than when I had an appointment.

This is the worst hair dresser I have ever been to in my life. Upon arrival no one greeted me they all just stared at me, no customer service at all. Had to mention to them that I made an appointment but still everyone seemed so lost and unorganized. The lady who was retwisting my locs didn’t even think to wash my hair until I mentioned it. My locs are mid back length so it needs to be washed Atleast twice. She didnt even condition it. This is the worst retwist I have ever gotten. The parts in my hair are not clean cut. There are still loose hairs all around my head. My edges arent even laid at this point. I could have literally done a better job myself. Never coming back here! Save you money!
