Get my nails done by Kelly! She’s the best nail artist ever. Christmas season is coming but still, I want an alien outer space look kinda design. So I show her the design that I got from the internet. And she did a very fabulous job. I love it to the moon and back. I also enjoy the decoration that they have in the shop. “Gorgeous nails” has the most welcoming staff and the best service at the best price in town. I strongly recommend it. It is worth a solid 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ps: Try volcano Spa pedicure, not only do they have the whole spa package with a fragrance foot soak, scrub, cream mask, lotion, paraffin wax, and hot stone. They even give u a glass of complimentary wine. And it was only 47-57$. Such a steal!
i went in here yesterday to get my nails done and i wanted cow print nails, i love cow print, and the tech blew me away with her skill. i have never been so pleased with how my nails turned out. i’ve always found things i didn’t like but this time they were perfect. i didn’t catch the techs name but she was great :)
Mai Nugyen took care of me and she was Wonderful!! Mai was so sweet and very attentive!! Mai was understanding in what I wanted done! Great business and I highly recommend!! I don't get Acrylic nails as I am able to grow nicely shaped nails! I love gel polish bcz it keeps my nails strong and looking presentable at all times! Mai was NOT upset that I didn't want Acrylic nails which was different than the previous salons that I had gone too! THANK YOU MAI❤️
Went in for a fill in 3 days ago and had a nice young lady pick my color. Came in today to get two pinkys fixed because the nails completely fell off. Told me it'd be a 20 minute wait, 1 1/2 hour later an older gentlemen did my two pinkys. Was in a rush, couldn't color match it, did not file it into the same shape as the others and told me it'd be $20 to change the colors so the nails matched If he took it off. I'm not a confrontational person so I just smiled and walked out. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. I will now have to walk around with 2 different shades of gold until my next fill in. How embarrassing.
Got told how short my nails are the entire time. At least 20 plus times if I had counted. Had to pay more because she had to take off the polish multiple times because my nails were to short. . Only 5 dollars but still .Then showed my nails to her worker and laughed said I did the best I could do her nails are to short. Took way longer to just get a manicure then a to get a full set put on.
I have been coming here for years and absolutely love this nail salon! They offer affordable services at great prices. The only negative would be sometimes you're asked to wait longer than usual but you can avoid this by coming early in the morning. Highly recommend Gorgeous Nails!
I normally don’t write reviews but I have been going here since High School. The past couple times I have gone they have seemed to be in a rush and careless. At my most recent visit I went in to get my acrylics removed. Normally they soak them first then buff/ drill the rest off. But at this visit she popped them off using an acrylic tip which resulted in my natural nails ripping and bleeding. After that experience I will not be returning. My nails are now incredibly thin and sensitive. I always loved this place but I no longer recommend it.
As a birthday treat, my granddaughter, her mom and I stopped here for acrylic pedicures in January. Total cost with tip was over $125.00. Two hours later my granddaughter removed her socks and the polish came off of several toes. I stopped in the next day and asked for a refund on my granddaughter's pedicure. I showed them pictures. I spoke with young man who offered no assistance & walked away. The tech that worked on my granddaughter stepped to counter and proceeded to argue with me that she couldn't refund my money. She wanted us to bring granddaughter back to shop, they would paint her toe nails and charge me $20 to do that. I said "not going to do this". Again, I was refused a refund and I definitely was not going to pay an additional $20 to fix their mistake. I walked out and will never go back. I live in another state, but have visited here several times. I think the place is looking old, dirty and in need of some customer service training. I will never return and do not recommend.
