This isnmy second review and I have been here now 3 times. I came with my roommate chloe the first time and we were both happy. I bonded with my person there. I call her by her Vietnamese name, though she uses Ivy at the shop to make it easier for locals to remember and pronounce. I do so enjoy speaking with her and she is most excellent at what she does. The shop is clean and welcoming with a friendly staff for sure. I recommend this location for all of your day spa needs!

Came in to the shop a few months ago sitting in the booth waiting to get my eyebrows done I was there first another lady showed up saying she was late for work so the lady asked me to move out of the booth so she can do her first come first serve I think but I would never go there again unprofessional she could’ve asked me was it OK if the lady go first she just asked me to move so she can do her

I got my nails done and brows waxed. I'm very pleased with how everything turned out! The service was fast and friendly. It was incredibly affordable @$35 for both. I will definitely be returning!

Kayla is great. Takes her time and does a good job. I’m not crazy about the owner though. She rushes like she’s just trying to get you out of there. I guess if you are in a hurry she’s your girl. I just feel like she doesn’t take the time to do a good a job. But Kayla is top notch!

the guy who did my gel full set was rushing, did not communicate with me, got my nail shape all wrong (too short) after i told him they were too short, ruined my cuticles, and my nails were crooked. ( i showed him the exact picture of the nails i wanted.)

the lady who painted my nails rushed through the process, got the color completely wrong, & gobbed the paint on my nails.

The lady who did my feet was good but I have been going here a couple times I haven’t had the best experiences you can spend your money elsewhere they charge extra for everything and it’s not even that good of work
