Price gouging and safety hazard! Worst service I have ever had in over 20 yrs of getting my nails done. The acrylic began lifting after 2 days and my nail ripped. If you care anything about your digits, do not patronize this business! BBB should be contacted on these folks

Took my 4 year old daughter there for a polish change. I decided to splurge and paid extra to have the gel put on. They charged 35 to apply polish on my 4 year old's hands and feet. The first nail started coming off that evening. By the next day, two had peeled off completely. Not chipped, but peeled off. Less than a week later, all of the polish on her nails, both on her hands and feel have peeled cleanly off. I am extremely disappointed after paying $35 dollars for my daughter's nails to last less than a week.

MAKE THEM TELL YOU THE PRICE UPFRONT!!! I was happy with the service provided, however all hell broke out when it was time to pay. By my calculation and according to the menu, my bill should have been $96. When I got to the register I was charged $123. When asked why she explained that she added for the length of my nails. I couldn’t get her to make it make sense and told her they were falsely adverting the service as there was nothing that indicated any additional charge. Wish I could add a photo of the menu. They couldn’t make it make sense.

Great Service and late hours since it's at the mall. Prices are slightly higher than stand alone Asian nail spas but I was very satisfied with my service!

I loved my first visit but this was my second visit. I was serviced by Lee and she did a little less than ok job. My nails are uneven, there's polish on my skin and she seemed careless and uninterested in doing a good job. She quoted me a 35.00 charge but the last visit 3 months ago i paid 30.00 for the same service. I would have given 2 stars but i noticed that they sanitize their implements and use safety practices. I am a senior cosmetologist in MD and GA so i look for those things to be done. I will visit again but I will not ask for lee and I'll make a new review.

From out of town with some natives & Randomly walked in with my partner & 2sisters and was immediately taken care of. Staff was friendly & efficient.. we got 4gel pedi's, a gel mani & 2 full sets (1 with a design). They were fast & efficient but not rushing us. Pretty sure we'll be back. Was nice to be able to walk into a nail place on a whim & be seen without feeling nervous. Nice experience! *UPDATE* the polish didn't last on all of our nails

Interesting application on my nails but incredibly empty. It was a friday night close to closing. I did gel but the guy polished before doing calluses and scrubs. So it was interesting we shall see how long it stays on.

My husband and I frequent this shop about every 2-3 weeks and spend 200+ each time. On 4/6/21 we went in for two deluxe pedicures with gel and I got a fill in with gel. Our total came to $224 plus $30 in tips. The very next day 4/7/21 the gel polish began to peel off of two of my nails. I went to the shop and asked to have my nails fixed. I was told that if they fix them they will have to charge me. I was obviously shocked. I asked for my money back they told me no refunds. I asked for a manager and they told me that there wasn't one. I asked for the owners information and they told me they did not know. I stood just shocked for about 2 mins. Then one of the ladies told me to sit down and when she was done she would talk to me. I did. Her idea of helping was simply repeating that they could fix it and charge me. Or I could come back in today 4/8/21 to see if another tech would be willing to do it. I have never been somewhere where I felt ignored, taken advantage of and like my money and business wasn't valued. This was one of the worst services I have had, one of the worst customer service experiences I have had and one of the worst values ever. I will NEVER spend another dime there. AVOID THIS PLACE!
