Got a gel manicure here 2 days ago and it looks like an amateur did it. It started chipping the next day, It has lumps and bumps all in it and they didn't paint my whole nail l. My mom also got a French and it looks bad. When she asked them to make the white a little skinnier they lady seemed to get irritated and started talking in her native tongue to the others. Won't be going here again. Photos were taken the day after manicures.
Julie is amazing and kind. I’ve been to other locations and I keep coming back because she always makes me feel comfortable and has always been really nice to my Mom. She actually remembers what’s going on in our lives and doesn’t treat us poorly like a lot of other salons we have been to. Great price for pedicures!
If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to the salon and I saw JULIE.
The service I received was absolutely appalling.
In the photos I have attached these are my natural nails except for the left thumbnail. When I had gone in I had asked for that nail to be removed as my natural nail had grown out to be the same length, and I asked for a new gel to be applied.
Julie proceeded to tell me there was no way these were my real nails and that I was a liar. She said she was not going to remove the previous product for a gel color change she just paint over the previous color. Originally I had asked her for a white tip she told me that it was too hard for her to do that so she decided that she would just paint my nails blue. I told her I did not want my nails blue and she told me that that is what looks good on me so I need to just have blue nails because they were closing in one hour and she needed to get home to her family. So I looked at her and I asked her why she didn’t at least level the nails so if she wasn’t going to take off the previous gel they were not all bumpy like you can see they are in the photo. As well as shaped nails properly and at least make sure they are the same lengths. She said that’s just the way it is when she does a polish change. So I gave her a six dollar tip for a $25 service and I told her I was not willing to pay for this service as this was quite frankly the worst service I have ever received at any nail salon I’ve ever been to in the last 15 years.
So I left the salon. The next day I returned and paid her $19 so the owner did not have to take a cut on product because her nail tech is appalling. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this place. They are predators and just want to take your money. Julie then chased me out of the store threatening me when I returned the following day with the $19 I have now called the police and I am pressing charges for harassment and threats from her.
Do not waste your time with this place. There are many other salons in the area that do not treat you this way with way better service.

I was very satisfied with my services. I needed my nails done on a Sunday , most nail salons are closed on Sundays, or closed at 5 pm so I looked up on here seen they were open until 8 pm (it says anyways) I gave them a call and asked when they were closed . she just said "what works for you" it was 430 and I just said anytime soon. She just said come in. I get there and the door says they close at 5 on Sundays and kim was the only one there. She stayed longer to take care of me and a few even after me that called in. I was so grateful for her. She' did an amazing job, made me feel extremely comfortable, took her time and didnt rush like most would past hours. I love my nails and will be going back. It's my first time doing the pointy acrylic and love them Thanks Kim.
Best pedicure I've had in ages. No upselling, and lots if great things included even in the lower packages. The ladies were so friendly! Definitely going back!
Great place. Nice environment. Nice ladies. I went in with my cousin and they got to us. There was only 3 ladies. Two were busy so my cousin went ahead first. I thought of getting white tips. After like 5 minutes the ladies tell me that I can't get mine down because they had 5 people coming in 15 minutes for their appointment. they did a great job.. I loved it. Please make an appointment..
I treated my mom and I to a Manicure and a pedicure today. This was the best place I have found in years. The place was clean and the people were friendly. They actually took their time to do a good job on us even thought they had a couple of walk-ins that were waiting. I did make an appointment 2 days in advance which may have helped. I was very pleased with the job they did on both of us and would highly recommend going here.
The ladies who did my nails treated me rather poorly. I have a bad nail biting problem and have small nail beds. I am already insecure about this, and the lady who did my nails did not help. She would not stop making comments the entire time and was being unkind about it. Another lady stood over me, looked, and they laughed at me. The lady said with a smile on her face “go back to your station!” while she was laughing. My nails were bleeding badly, and she did a terrible job. The layers are uneven and couldn’t cover my whole nail. My toenails looked bad as well. The paint was uneven and off of my toes. I used to have good experiences here, but I highly recommend you don’t come here. Overall, I had a very bad experience and will not be returning.
