I have always received amazing pedicures at this nail salon, so I decided to try getting acrylic nails here too. After just four days, one of my nails had already came off and multiple of my other nails are lifting up because the acrylics are so thick. This can cause water to be trapped underneath the nail and even cause fungal infections. They also were filed unevenly, and they look messed up near the cuticle. I called the salon for any sort of compensation they could offer considering I paid $110 plus tips for their services, and they said that I would have to come in so they could redo any of the nails that have fallen off or lifted. This is a huge inconvenience to travel all the way back here, and potentially risk my nails still not looking good so I will no longer come back to this salon.
I walked in with no appointment, they were pretty busy but took me right away anyway. Allie was quick, thorough and gentle. Excellent service & reasonable price. Would recommend! ????????????
Best experience ever having a pedicure. The staff were so nice and friendly. I got a pedicure and they did a fantastic job. The massage chairs were nice too. Definitely recommend and going back.
First time here, and had a good experience. Still semi newish to the city, and glad I found a good nail salon with good service. I was a walk in, and they took me right away. The service was 10/10 in my opinion. Will be returning.
Wanted to support a local business in the neighborhood. This was my third time here. The gel manicures have been hit or miss. The owner in particular is very rude to clients. I arrived to my appt early and when I asked to pick my color after sitting, received an eyeroll and she started working on a walk-in and never came back. I overheard her tell another customer she couldn’t have a manicure after her pedicure—only a polish change even though the customer said she was willing to wait. Gave it 3 chances but I would rather go somewhere it can be a more relaxing/friendly experience.
I pulled up at 5:12pm to get my daughters nails done. I walk in and ask for service the women at the desk said I know it’s only 5:12 but I’m done for the day. Unprofessional and racist. I’ll never recommend this place ever I only gave it one star because that was the only option.
Came here with my sister, just make sure to call ahead to make an appointment because there's only 2 nail techs. I had a nice experience, the pedicure was nice and my manicure also looked very nice. It was about $145 for 2 gel manicures and 2 pedicures, so i think it is reasonably priced. You also get a foot massage with the manicures! I would come back :)
I’ve been here several times and it’s always fine. It’s fine.
But today I had an appointment at 2:30. They sat me at the pedicure station with my feet in the water, then left me there for 30 minutes? The salon was mostly empty. No one checked on me, thanked me for my patience. Weird glances from the technicians occasionally, which made me feel uncomfort.
By the time I started putting my shoes on to leave, the technicians rushed over to say they could do my manicure now.
The fact that I had an appointment, spent 30 minutes in the salon, and wasn’t seen is just ridiculous.
