So I went to this shop Thursday July 14, 2022 and today Friday July 22th I literally on have five nails left, like they are all breaking from the tip. They use cheap products and over charge and I just wanted to save other people a waste of money and time. The black polish I got is weird like I asked for no chip and literally after I left the shop it started chipping and stuff. Would not recommend.

I came here last week to get my nails done within the week I had to return because my middle finger popped off and as you can see it’s a Totally different shape & color compared to the rest of my other nails. The next day my pinky one pops off and comes off . I’m not returning because I had already paid for my middle finger to get fixed . I literally paid 85for this set (tip included) just for it to not even last a week without my nails coming off. Don’t come here save your hard earned money . Will not be coming back

The guy who did my nails was very rude. He did a trouble job to my nails. He couldn’t speak English so when I told him that I didn’t like the way to he deal with my nails, he just pile on the gel, which eventually hurt my nails. He just told me that he could not speak English. They don’t look at you like your people they are very rude. They have changed a great deal.

Great service. Great work. Took time to ask what I wanted and needed. Very calming and comfortable with the footpaths and massage chairs. A little extra cash but the wine helps as well ????????

I came here 4/2/21 for a overlay with the powder acrylic, the pregnant female nail tech applied the acrylic to thin resulting in 3 nails chipping on the edge. When I came back to have them repaired. They were rude even yelled at another customer that was there to have a nail repaired that she got done yesterday, 2 more customers came in for the same service while I was sitting there, these people are rude and have no respect for African American customers and we need to find another shop to go to if they can't respect us for keeping there establishment thriving.

I received service on September 7, 2022@ 1219pm, I was to received fill-in ( Gel) nail design plus received pedicure in which you come in they push higher pricing, plus $10 no chip, then they use drilling and give you pricing but waits and charge you something else. I was not satisfied with my results, I came back and approached the individual do you know, she stated she didn't know me? That's what they did too our Lord they denied him three times, but the she stated my nails grow fast, it has not been a week and my nails looked like needed fill in over two month period. I filed a claim with my banking establishment, because I wanted to slap the Hell out of this individual plus she was acting nonchalant sitting getting her own nails completed then stating what she's not going to do. It took everything within me to walk away. This establishment is charging tip guide in which, we give them tips with cash but look at receipt. I did pay attention now, ask yourself who tip $40 this is a written statement they sent my bank they stated my pedicure was $ 50 + $10 for no chip then they said, I paid $75 then they claim 20% tip onto of price is $23 they fraudulently charged my card with amounts they wanted, they talk in different languages so, we as black women don't understand, I'm looking to get license taken, and my $155 back. The individual said my nails were $55 + 60 for pedicure but you see this receipt. I filed claim with BBB and, I advise everyone to run and double check your receipts , I have not been back but this is how unfair people are and this is unacceptable don't lie to my bank saying, I tipped $40 and then said, I received upgrade when I had fill in and pedicure. I would run as fast away from this company, if they can go behind my back and charge my card with different amount what else would they do!!!!!!

Went to get a fill-in for my nails, picked out this color told the lady I want to design on the ring finger. I get home and not even an hour later the paint already chipping off when it supposed to be no chip paint. I’ve never got my nails done and it come off not even a day later. Going back there now so they can fix it!

Worst rushed experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Came in for a fill in and my nails were done by who I assume was the manager because every time the door opened he looked up and asked what a customer needed. The whole process was rushed and he was very rough with my nails to the point where he made my thumb bleed. He reshaped all my nails to a coffin shape and at least 4 of them were uneven when they started out even from the last place I went. The whole process took like 30 minutes and he was so careless with how he did it. Wasn't even looking at my nails while filing them multiple times due to looking around constantly like some security guard. My thumb as you can see in the pic was all messed up and I had to file it down and remove acrylic from my skin.
