First Time At Gel Nails Was Yesterday. I Left SOOOOO Pleased. The Lady Who Did My Nails Is Definitely My NEW Nail Tech. She Got Me Right Right

My daughter and I ran in 30 minutes before closing and both had a full set of acrylics with gel polish done. The owners were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning.

One week ago I had my nails done and I cracked one down the middle, came back to get it fixed and while three employees were sitting on their butts, she told me to come back in an hour. FOR ONE NAIL!!!!

It's 3:45 on a Monday and there was not a customer in sight and she asked me to come back......

The service was horrible. They skipped me twice. I soaked my nails for a whole hour while they did a few women that came in after me. The guy rushed my toes and the polish was half way done.

I can here in need of a change from the one I went to (they kept messing up). Lin was amazing!!! She did exactly what I wanted! My nails and feet are wonderful!!! I will be a regular!!!

First time and LAST time coming here. I was there for 2.5 hours. I waited an 1.5hr to get a manicure. I was ahead of 6-7 people and they ALL got serviced before I did. My nails were soaking for 45-50 mins (didn’t need to be soaked for that long). They moved me 4 times to different chairs. By the time the tech came I got something simple so I would be done quicker than what I originally wanted. Very disappointed and going to another salon !

the head guy that sits in front is very rude and keep changing his prices without notice. I have receipts that says one price every week i go weekly he put me out today because the nail clippers were rusty and i showed him my receipts he drained my water and handed me my shoes saying go get them done for $35 or $25 . And put me out. Fine!! Good bye no fight no fuss.

I like to treat people fairly and I could tell the guy doing the fill in was struggling so I let the nail shape pass. However, when it got to the one nail design I asked for the lady wouldn't listen to me about the color I wanted and how I wanted the design (which was how the picture looked). She clearly did not put any effort towards the design at all. I wasn't expecting my nails to look exactly like the picture but what she did was just sad...if you want your nails done FOR REAL don't come here. This was me giving gel nails a second chance too...in my first experience with them the girl doing my nails was rude and there colors don't even match. So its a guessing game on the color you'll actually get on your nails.
