I’m giving it 2 stars for many reasons..
The customer service was great but the quality of service done to my nails was poor. The lack of sanitization was also poor. I didn’t see everyone washing their hands, no cleaning in between clients, no switching out tools to new ones, and my nails were basically rushed. The art is there but the health of my nails and customers should be VALUED.
I’m understanding if she had a next client but the quality isn’t there.
As a beginner nail technician still in the learning process, I wanted to take notes and see if a business and someone who had more experience than me would do a great job but it turns out as I was watching her miss a lot of steps.
Improvements are always open but be observant and know your knowledge of going to certain nail salons!!
First time I ever had a pedicure and I have to admit it was great. Great service and I was totally relaxed. ????
This place is known for fast walk-in availability. They have so many workers to the point you walk-in or make an appointment they will “work fast” to get to the next customer. At first it was “wow nice they can take us”, then when you’re done you see the outcome and it’s horrible! I’m the nail in red obviously you see the gap between my cuticles and nail paint, this is a big no, no! I have a thing where I like to go into nail salon and pick what I like and have the nail teach do their thing. I won’t correct them because I feel as a nail tech you should be professional doing their job. This allows me to give them a rating they deserve.
I always get gel and this is my first time ever gotten a gel manicure and pedicure and you can see threw the paint! It didn’t look and feel like gel, it was too THIN! The 2nd, 3rd and 4th picture is only 3 DAYS later! I basically don’t do much with my hands. The service felt so rushed! Throughout your service they will constantly remind you how much everything cost, and let me say it’s very annoying!!!
Will I ever go back? Respectfully NO.
If I’m paying so much, I want quality and time spent on my pedi and mani and not being rushed so they can take more customers in.

1 child gel cat eye (her nail teach convinced my 9 year old niece to get this cat eye and it was expensive)
Total for 3 of us $380!! ridiculous!!
3 days later my nail color chiped off 7 of my nails, the whole color, had paid 51.52 for a Manicure and Pedicure, my toes are good, I didn't do anything unusual to my hands, just woke up and the whole sparkle nail color was off my natural nails, couldn't go back to fix, had to board my flight back to the mainland.
There nice people, but I'm wondering why my nails chipped off.
Wouldn't recommend Manicure just Pedicure only.

Cao did an amazing job with what I wanted! It was the perfect nails right before my date!!
So I have to give this establishment 1 star due to price and experience. I have tried a few different nail salons since being here and this by far has been the most expensive. One your salon is completely outdated to have such high prices. There are little butterfly curtains that separate each pedicure station, very tacky looking, pedicure chairs are old and need repairing, handles are chipping of wood. Pedicure prices are very high and include very cheap quality products. The young lady who did my pedicure was very kind however. I would never return here unless it’s a last resort.
This place is just ok! Was packed..but the workers were attentive. I made an appointment for a regular manicure and was seated as promptly as could be. My nail tech was friendly but felt like my manicure was rushed. No hand or arm massage but at least got my cuticles and nails trimmed down for $18.00. It was a bit overpriced for just that.
Hebe is terrific. She really enjoys her job and takes the time to really exhibit her gift that God blessed her with. Her massages during the pedicure is amazing. Almost fell asleep!
