For all those who are leaving negative comments about this barbershop, I'm sorry guys but you have a problem. All the people who have left good comments (which is the only thing that can be left, because the service and everything else is EXCELLENT) cannot be wrong. Since that barbershop opened, I have been taking my children there and I WOULD NOT TAKE THEM ANYWHERE ELSE IN NAPPES for their haircut, because of the service and professionalism with which they are treated at Garcia's Fade Barbershop. I made an appointment with Susanna (owner) and when I walked into the shop 3 minutes early for my appointment with Barber sitting in a chair looking at her instagram says “oh didn’t you get the message canceling your appointment?” I said no…checking my messages I see that the message me 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment.
Very poor service and unprofessional. When I asked the available barber if he was going to take care of my cut he said “no” I say “I guess I need to find another shop.” He said “ ya I guess so”
By the way these are all “cosmetologists”and not really “barbers”
Susana did my SMP treatment and it turned out amazing better than what i was expecting . I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend her!

The owner of this shop (Susanna) cancelled my appointment without notifying my until I walked into the shop. Another “Cosmetologist “ said “Oh ya we texted you a few minutes ago to cancel” I said “well can you cut my hair since you are not doing anything?” He said “no go to another shop”
This was my second time to this shop and I will not go back.
These are 2 cosmetologists working here plus another guy who doesn’t have any license displayed at all.
There are not any “Barbers” working at this place. I will be making a report of the unlicensed guy.
This is the best place you can go for a great hair cut. I chosed Susana and she was fantastic! Best hair cut I have had since I have been here in Naples, Fl and I have been here 2 years now. This will be my go to place for a hair cut from now on. Thank you Susana.
was there yesterday and very friendly and nice clean shop to get cut jorgito did a very nice clean mohawk fade for me and yes go get fresh fade you be happy you did if I would give more then 5 stars I would ill go back soon to get cut
If I could give extra stars for this business I would! My son and I went in (hair cut for my son and a head shave / beard trim for myself) and it was an awesome experience…so thorough, so professional and will be back every time we are back in Naples! The hot towel treatment and the head shave were amazing!
