A stylist that cant tell the difference between lice and dandruff is beyond me, if that doesn't scream beginner I dont know what does. Luckily someone else stepped in and did the haircut afterwards. This place is basic at best.

Christina is amazing. She nails my color everytime. Her customer service skills are a delight. She is funny and engaging and I simply love working with her to make my hair dreams come true! I cant say enough wonderful things about her. Galleria is very lucky to have her on their staff.

I would love for Galleria to offer more promotions however because the quarterly maintenance to maintain my color is not cheap and it would be nice to maybe have a rewards program of something where you feel like a valued long time customer of this salon.

A very nice atmosphere to get pampered. I selected this place based on distance from my home which made it easier to celebrate for an event. I started out with eleven ladies going down to six. The owner was very gracious, accommodating the times, the cancellations and the services I requested. She was professional and pleasant. The service received from Heidi was awesome in addition to Karr and Trina. All six of the ladies were very happy with the services and have the willingness to come again when back in my area. The body polish was just what I needed.

Everyone has a personal preference when it comes to hair stylists. I've been going to the Galleria, off and on, for almost 30 years. I've always been pleased with the service. The Galleria is very welcoming. The hair services are priced about the same as other salons in the Waldorf area. I would recommend them.

I get my hair dyed and cut here. My stylist Christina is amazing. She always takes the time to figure out what I want to have done and then carefully makes it happen. I always get compliments. Yesterday she cut my hair in a beautiful asymmetrical bob with platinum blonde large highlights. It came out better than I imagined. So pretty!!! She always makes sure my hair is healthy also. Using the best products. Ive been going to her for a few years and so happy with all of the styles she's done.

I have been going to the Galleria for several years. The atmosphere is always relaxing to go right along with the services. The massages are always amazing. Most recently I visited Audrey for a hair cut, she was great. i will definitely be back.

I have been going to Galleria Spa for many years, and received many different services all with wonderful results. Everyone is professional and courteous and puts your comfort first. My son loves the facials and my father and brother love the pedicures.

I've been living in Charles County for a couple years and had given up on ever finding a good nail salon. Not one that's inexpensive or is known for being up with the latest styles. But I've been looking for one that is professional, relaxing, clean, friendly and provides the service that you ask for.

Even though there seemed to be a mistake with my appointment - apparently someone with the same first name called and cancelled her appointment (and mine took the hit). Clary did an excellent job on my pedicure. I'm completely satisfied and will be returning.
