Fungus and dirty equipment!!!! They do not use liners for the pedicure bowls.STAY AWAY. The manager and Jenni are rude and overcharge for basic services.
I've been on several occasions. The last two have been disastrous. Upon the first bad experience my nails did not even last a couple of days before chipping, lifting, and cracking. I went back to have them fix them. The front desk was rude.
I went to another salon where the technician and they profe,clean use liners and take care of my nails inbuilt this place. They are NOT clean beware!!!
I’ve been a customer of this salon for many years. When the pandemic happened i unfortunately took a break at coming. I called yesterday and specifically asked if Kevin would be working the next day. The young guy who answers said he’s not working, (his cousin) I mentioned that I called the day before and asked and was told he would be working. Kevin’s brother (whose name I DNT remember) responded with a horrible attitude saying “well he’s not here….come back tomorrow” By now I’m completely appalled bc I’m confused at to why THEY have an attitude when I should be the one upset. Due to the fact I drove an hour and a half to get my nails done! The SPECIFIC reason I called the day before. I’m highly upset! Now I see why the ratings have gone down and customers have left complaints about bad customer service. Kevin the family is not representing you guys well when you're not working. Do better!
Jenny and David did a great job on my nails. Very happy with the results.
This salon is a perfect little shop to get your nails done the way you like. It”s quiet and they are very polite and my nails are always super nice.
Stay away.
Update: I will not be returning, after being a long time Customer the level of service I received, actually the service I did not receive after waiting almost 2 hours and to be ignored by the nail tech, her pic is posted.
I've been a client here for many years may be close to 8 years. I've been through a few nail techs and currently MY is my favorite nail tech, but most of the others are great also. Thanks for so many great manicures, pedicures and waxes.
Great salon, good quality products. I was skeptical due to the bad reviews but I think if you go on a weekday its quiter and the service is better than the weekend.
Absolutely terrible experience. They are slow as molasses and have terrible customer service. We definitely need another option in the Mableton area because this is NOT it. I am 9 months pregnant and was warm and placed the fan on myself but was told I could not do that. Lol! After waiting for an hour and a half for a fill in. I will NEVER patronize this business again.
HORRIBLE. I am moving to the area and I’m in search of a nail shop. This is nearby so I decided to try them out. I totally regret it. The horrible experience started when I walked in the door. Someone said welcome and asked how they could help....never looked up and didn’t acknowledge my response or let me know how long it would be. I waited about 15 min and they called me back. They have a very limited selection of SnS color and not much to match my toes with gel polish. I settled on a color and Jenny proceeds to do my nail. When I left, I had a nice shiny finish...however, the next day, it was peeling. She put GEL POLISH ON TOP OF MY SNS! I went back and they simply fixed the nail that was peeling. The following day, another nail broke. I went back AGAIN, and they simply glued it so that it wouldn’t bend. 4 days later, I have peeled the gel polish “top coat” from 3 nails (because it looked HORRIBLE) and I have a broken thumb nail. This has never happened in the past since I’ve been getting SnS. Less than a week, $70, 2 return visits, 2 broken nails, 3 nails without a topcoat later....complete waste of time and money. AVOID THIS PLACE!
