This is the newest nail spa in Miami Gardens. It's clean and spacious. There are many great workers here limiting the wait time. I came in with my own design and they did their best to recreate it. Its a bit pricey though.
I paid $77 for manicure and pedicure. She spent literally 3 minutes on pedicure . I pointed out that I still have cuticles. File and buffing was included in service She never bothered with that. I can do way better at home on my own. Not going there again. Wasted money
I would not recommend this nail salon for any reason. On Thursday 3/16 i went in for a fullset. I sat at seat 17. I gave him a picture of what i wanted. He did not do what I wanted and my nails started lifting the next day. I paid 72 for absolutely nothing.
I come here all the time and the same thing every time, extra short with black powder and the price was always the same 45.00 until today when I went to someone different and he charged me 5 extra dollars. Just 2 tweets ago it was 45.00. Plus the sign says 45.00. I guess since I wasn’t getting any designs or nail art he figured he’ll gauge me on the price. It’s cool though never again. I guess he also got his involuntary tip. Kudos to number 24. I guess he needed it more than me.
If I can give them 0 stars I would. I received a gel pedicure from this place. And when I tell you I am mortified ????????… they reuse the toe separator. And I did not notice that till the last minute. The person who was doing my pedicure took off the toe separator and throw it back in the drawer. Now it’s been a minute since I’ve been to this location, however I did not expect this. And when I asked the guy do they reuse them he said yes 4 ( I don’t think he understood my question.)
I came here today just to whine down my cousin and I we decided on this place without reading the reviews now I got a lot to say about this place one you walk in it appears to be really nice then you sit it’s very ???? but was treated like I was the germ by my tech when he finished my nails he almost took a bath in the wash bowl but this place could be better it really can it seems like the owner has the right mind set of what he’s going for I see the vision but sometimes it’s the workers that will pull your place down the guy tells the girl next to me he uses the toe spreader four times before throwing them out I was floored I won’t be back but good luck to the owner hope he finds better help
I read through reviews, and I have been 3xs and never had an issue with my nail tech Brandon. He always does a good job. And as far as price’s inflation is at all time high so expect for things to be priced high. As an esthetician I know. Stick to an hood tech and your won’t have no issues. Overall great place
I went into the shop not to long ago to get my nails done . The customer service was terrible. When I finally started with my nails , the other employees in the shop stood over me and made me feel very uncomfortable.
