Didn’t communicate at all. Beard was uneven and barber was extremely rude. Charged city prices for unprofessional behavior. If you expect to be paid for a service you’ll have to somewhat listen to people. That’s kinda how that works. Avoid if you’re a walk in or have a thick beard that doesn’t work with their tools, even though my hair is straight. Originally went because of the reviews but that proved to be very misleading. Inviting, yes. But don’t invite people to do a terrible job. Truly the worst haircut in 34 years. Straight Indian hair doesn’t work on their tools. Coming from an Afro-Indian family, trust me I know what difficult hair is, and I didn’t receive that gene
