Angelica and staff did a great job grooming Bella. They were very friendly and professional.

Absolutely wonderful grooming job! The staff is so sweet. You can tell they love animals. My Flynn adores them and gives them kisses. Best ever place to bring your pet. I highly recommend Furry Friends.

We just got our dog from the humane society a few months ago. We have taken her into get groomed several times here. They do such an amazing job with her! The staff is so friendly! I reccomend to anyone looking for a groomer for their pets!!

Took my daisy in today for a haircut and they did an excellent job on her !! Even though she is a big crybaby and cried the whole time I was there to pick her up! They were gentle ????thank you furry friends!

This review pains me to write as our other pup, Sequoia, has had multiple good grooms with Furry Friends. Unfortunately Sequoia had a bad groom on Saturday May 22nd. The groomer shaved off her lion beard on accident. She is a 10 year old Pomeranian who has maintained her lion cut since her first haircut. At that time the groomer explained she had a lot going on in her life and a family member had severe health issues. She said she had accidentally messed up another cut the day prior as well. Since we had so many positive previous experiences we chalked up Sequoia’s bad groom to stress and brought our goldendoodle pup Juniper in for her first puppy cut on Tuesday, June 8th.

We showed a picture of a doodle puppy cut and asked for an all-over even trim and to open up her face around her eyes. The cut Juniper received was nothing like the cut we asked for or the picture we showed. Her body and top of her head were shaved down to 1/4 inch and her legs and ears were fluffy. Her tail was also cut shorter at the base then the rest of it and her belly was almost bare compared to her chest. There were lots of uneven patches on her back. She literally looked like a schnauzer on crack.

There was no reason to cut her this way. Juniper is brushed twice a day so there were no mats or tangles to contend with, we even did a brushing the morning of her groom. If she moved during the groom and the clippers slipped, fess up. I have never seen a more horrific cut. Shame on us for going back after 1 bad groom and giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Groomer over books on multiple occasions when called a week ahead for appointments for both dogs. Front staff not trained on customer service skills. They also have poor recording skills when writing down appointments. Communication skills are lacking between groomer, staff and customers. Many dissatisfied customers. Lack in paying attention to details when grooming animals. They used to be better years ago but service has declined increasingly in past 1.5 years. There are better groomers that don't leave animals in cages for hours, don't overcharge and don't overbook. Our pets are family not just another number or money sign!

Absolutely wonderful grooming!. Have been taking dogs here for over 20 yrs. Tried other groomers, this is the best! Thank you for treating the dogs with dignity and respect. They love you!
