Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Wanted to try a different Chinese takeaway and choose from China. Ordered at 510pm from just eat app. Waited till 18.25pm delivered to my door as there was a delay. Food arrived nice and hot. Family dug in and was a bit disappointed.
Positives. Nice and hot when delivered, smelled lovely.
Negatives. Very bland needs seasoning. Shame Won't order again
These guys are so full of themselves like they're the best when not even near good. They're rude, unprofessional, not friendly and also ignorant. As they're my nearest takeaway, I've often just popped in to grab something to eat on numerous occasions and every time was a fail. King prawn fried rice, always salty and lacks consistency like the msg not fully blended. I cam honestly say that after food poisoning from their undercooked seafood, I won't be stepping foot here ever again. The food is vile, no lie as not fresh and often microwaved.
The food is disgusting and disgraceful, that I had to throw the whole lot away, I ordered 2 chow mains and they said we could have crispy needles as extra £0.90, however 2 chow mains never arrived, only the crispy noodles that was stale and horrible, I also order 3 chips that was also stale and stale to the point they’ve been reheated many times, couldn’t even swallow it, we also order crispy prawn ku poo and it was gooey and the prawns were also rock hard, we then called up for a refund and the women over the phone said “no” and then told me “chuck it in the bin, it’s not my problem” and then had the audacity to find it funny and laugh, this was very unprofessional and was unnecessary to do that to a customer, this ruined my whole family’s evening.
Honestly if I could rate it no stars believe me I would!
Just had takeaway delivered, food was awful, barbecue spare ribs inedible, will never use them again ,mist if not all the food went in the bin ,should have realised when it was delivered 20/25mibs after ordering
Spring roll undercooked/soft. Rest of food so underwhelming and tasteless. Rang them after, no ‘sorry’, just defended their position. The spring rolls are cooked in special oil (oil does not need to be heated I guess), and the squid is meant to be chewy (news to me). The muscles could not have been cold. On the plus side, the prawn crackers were nice. Most went in the bin.
This place is very good. I usually get my Chinese from Chinatown. But this place has the authenticity . And a few dishes are actually better than some of the Chinatown restaurant..
I have ordered from here many times and have never before had a problem. I was sadly extremely disappointed with my meal as not only was the food clearly microwaved by the amount of time it took for my order to be ready as it was worryingly quick to be sent out but it also tasted microwaved (very rubbery). Not only was the taste bad, but myself and everyone else who had the food were up all night with suspected food poisoning (I won't go into details of the exact issues we were having as no one wants to hear that which is why I'll leave it at food poisoning!) It was awful. I have often recommended From China to people and have left positive reviews as they were my favourite Chinese in Barnet, but I can honestly say based off of my experience last night I don't think I'd ever order from them again.
Great Chinese restaurant that has been run by the same people for years. The same woman I used to by chips from at lunchtime at school is still there and quality is still excellent. In over 10 years I've never had any problems or known anyone personally who have! Tasty and very large portions.

Quick Facts About From China Barnet

From China in Barnet receives both positive and negative feedback from customers, which gives us an understanding of its strengths and weaknesses. The first comment mentions that the food was delivered hot and smelled lovely. This indicates that the restaurant takes care to ensure that the food remains fresh during delivery. The fact that the family dug in immediately suggests that the presentation of the food was appealing. However, the comment also mentions that the food was bland and lacked seasoning, which could be a weakness of the restaurant.
Moving on to the next comment, the customer describes the staff as rude, unprofessional, and ignorant. This negative feedback indicates a weakness in the restaurant's customer service and staff training. The comment also mentions food poisoning from undercooked seafood, which is a serious issue and highlights a potential health and safety concern. This incident could severely impact the reputation of the restaurant and make customers hesitant to order again.
The third comment is highly critical of the food quality. The customer mentions receiving stale and reheated crispy noodles and chips that were inedible. The crispy prawn ku poo was also described as gooey and the prawns as rock hard. Moreover, the customer found the response from the staff when requesting a refund as unprofessional and unnecessary. This negative experience would likely discourage customers from returning to the restaurant.
Another comment mentions that the barbecue spare ribs were inedible, leading the customer to throw away most of the food. This indicates a severe lack of quality control, resulting in wasted food and unsatisfied customers. Additionally, the customer points out that the delivery took longer than expected, which may indicate a weakness in the restaurant's ability to manage orders efficiently.
The fifth comment mentions undercooked and tasteless spring rolls, highlighting a lack of attention to detail in the cooking process. The fact that the restaurant defended their position instead of apologizing further indicates a weakness in customer service. However, the comment does mention that the prawn crackers were nice, which could be considered a strength.
Despite the negative feedback, the sixth comment praises the authenticity of the food at From China. This positive comment indicates that the restaurant has its strengths in terms of providing an authentic Chinese dining experience. The fact that the customer compares the food to restaurants in Chinatown suggests that From China is able to offer a similar level of quality.
Lastly, the seventh comment mentions that From China has been well-established for years and has maintained excellent quality. The fact that the same person has been serving chips for over a decade indicates a level of consistency and reliability that customers appreciate. This long-standing reputation could be considered a strength.
In summary, From China in Barnet has several weaknesses, including bland and underseasoned food, poor customer service, food poisoning incidents, and issues with food quality and delivery. However, it also has some strengths, such as delivering food that is hot and appealing, offering authentic Chinese cuisine, and maintaining a long-standing reputation for quality. The restaurant should address its weaknesses and focus on maintaining its strengths to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
