I went to get my fill, pedicure and wax for my birthday today. At first, I thought this would be a great experience. It’s very clean and spacious. Then I sat for my pedicure. Never was I given a choice about what type of pedicure I wanted - so they gave me the bare minimum. I asked to get French polish (black instead of white). The black polish goes 1/3rd up my nail. It’s HUGE! Then I was to get my nails done. Never have I been so roughly handled. I can only assume she was in a rush - my nails do look nice, but my Hans actually hurt. Then to my eyebrows - I know - my fault for continuing on… same lady OUCH! Horrifically fast and PAINFUL! I am so upset. My only time to myself and it was awful. Not to mention the cost. Not a price posted ANYWHERE! I just moved here from NJ and never have I paid so much for my nails, pedicure and wax. Insane! $135!!!!!!!!! I will not be going back!
They greet you with smiles and peaceful energy when you walk in which is a big deal to me. Some salons won’t even look your way when you walk in. I got an overlay with dried flowers and Lindsay did an awesome job.
I have been a customer at Friends Bails Salon for over 2 years now. I have no complaints. Everything is nice. Although I have to say I have wondered about the sterilization of their instruments as sometimes they are retrieved from containers that are exposed and unwrapped. Otherwise I like the service.
I had a great pedicure here! The gentleman took his time and did amazing. I will definitely come back!

By far the worst service I've gotten. My pedicure looks terrible. I wouldn't go back, not even for them to fix it. I just left a d this is what my fresh pedi looks like.
My absolute favorite nail salon in the Clermont area. They really take time to take care of your feet. Coming here is always a treat for myself. We moved and there are actually lots of nail salons closer to me...but I drive to come here and I do not regret :) love! And also the staff they are just such sweet, good people.
Buyer beware. Extremely deceptive practices. My wife was going in there for manicures and fills. Even though Cathy the person that did her nails was not pleasant and was rough with her work, she thought she did a good job on her nails so she put up with it. What concerned her was each time she went there, Cathy was always charging her higher than she was supposed to.
This last time and the last time my wife will ever go there, she specifically made sure that she found out what a manicure would cost before she went in as she was concerned. She was told $35. She said ok and went there. When she came in, she verified that she was only getting a manicure. When she sat down, Cathy, the nail tech, asked if she was going to get the same thing as last time. My wife answered no. I only want a manicure. Cathy did what she wanted to anyways and at the end my wife was surprised being charged almost double at $65 for the manicure! She was never told that it would be otherwise. On top of that, oil was dumped all over my wife’s pants before she went on a plane to leave and even though my wife specifically asked not to have Cathy do her eyebrow wax, Cathy said “no….I do your eyebrow waxes” and just took her back to do it. My wife was uncomfortable the whole time, did not want to be confrontational.
I called later actually to question this practice. Do you know what the receptionist said????? She stated that when they tell you the menu prices it is only a quote….the technician decides what will be charged. By the way….you are not told until after the fact! It is usually substantially more.
Be careful….they even admit that their menu of prices means nothing to them. When I asked to speak to a manager or owner they stated there was none to speak to. How do you keep a place like this open?
