I’ve been coming to this facility for years and am so disappointed today. Spent ( well Today) $100 + 30 tip for gel fill n design. You can see job , not bad but could be a little sharper. I was working as well as getting service done, I completely forgot about under my nails. Came back hour later , and they were going to charge me another $23 to paint my under nails!! Remind you, not full nails and I just spent good $$.
What’s happening to this place? They seem to forget that WE are the ones who helped pay for the upgrades. ????????♀️????????♀️SMH. Not a pretty look Lucy. What a shame. Lost a loyal customer over $23.
Friendly Nails and Spa's name explains everything! ???? They really know what they are doing when it comes to nails and feet. My sister took me for a treat to get a pedicure. They ladies where very nice, and quite funny too, pleasant to chat with and offered a lot of options and explained each step well. They have great quality nail products for those who get them. For the pedicure they soak, trim, scrap, exfoliate, lotion, paint nails or clear coat them. Very nice and the chairs have massage settings too! When your local to holiday make sure to take someone you love too friendly nail and spa. Prices are fair, quality and care is impeccable! ????
never again . the lady Ro'cy first said my nail was crooked when she put the tip on wrong..then I demanded her to take it off and put another... now my nail is straight. BUT I have gel all over my fingers ..my nails all have grooves they are suppose to be smooth . then she charges me 55 . I try to explain to her this isn't worth 55 at all . she threw her hands up and got loud . I paid and was told i would be refunded.. never cheat on your nail tech . lesson learned . quality over quantity..I knew something was wrong when she finished my toes and nails in less then 2 hours .
I came to this salon with 2 of my sisters and spent about $300. I got a gel French tip set. The tips are uneven, the nails are uneven, and I have random white marks on my nail (pictures attached), I got an eyebrow wax and one eyebrow has a chunk taken out too low and the rest of the eye brow untouched, thus making it uneven. I also got my toes painted and they look like a child did them with the paint all around my toe.
I am extremely irritated with this salon. Based on the work, they do have certain good artists, but I guess walk ins don’t get the courtesy of the good nail technicians. I will NOT be going back.
I don’t mind the over priced nails, but please make sure your price matched your quality.
I go here all the time; It is and will forever be my favorite nail salon. Yesterday I went in and got a full set of acrylic nails done by Linh. He did the best job ever. I would definitely recommend. He had so much patience with me not knowing what I wanted, and the tedious sparkles. 10/10
Just went in to get my acrylic removed and add gel polish.. the employees were very nice and greeted me at the door. Lui did my nails and I’m very happy with how he did! Pricing also wasn’t too bad for acrylic removal and gel manicure, it cost about $48, which I expected. Good experience overall!
I highly recommend Friendly Nails and Spa! The main-pedi was incredible!! Gentle and beautiful nail treatments with wonderful massages. I went back the following day for the most incredible facial that I have ever had. Love this place and the people!
A very fantastic man who works on position number 2 did a very good job, I am from Chicago but will be back next year :)
