Not gonna lie, we’re a little disappointed with our Fresh Fades experience. The gentleman who cut my son’s hair was not equipped or experienced to cut black texture hair. The fade is OK, a little nick got taken out and the back isn’t too clean. Wanted a little length taken off the top and he just buzzed it without combing/picking it out leaving it uneven up top. Thankfully hair grows fast! Any black folks in Missoula with a good barber recommendation, we’d appreciate it!

Nice to have younger guys cutting hair. Easy to talk to. Fresh modern looks. Not a woman (which is fine just not the same) or some old guy barber who still makes you look like 1982. Plus they can hoop a little bit, ok game :)

Always my number 1 pick for getting my hair cut. Neverdisappoints, doesn’t matter who’s doing the hair cut everyone in there is very knowledgeable and do great work! Never had a bad cut since I’ve been going there!

Great haircuts priced right.. These guys nailed my hair which is very difficult. Basically I've got 5 fades a hard part short top that goes back into a dread mullet. And they made it look crisp. Its a sick fit fur sure

I enjoyed the atmosphere and conversation I had with the barber but after taking a long look with my glasses on at home I saw that there was some errors that don't look great. I'm disappointed because I thought I finally got a good haircut and found my barber but I guess I need to keep looking

Would even give a 4 if the owner had cut my hair. Haircuts are listed as a service, this being a barbershop you’d think that would be an option without that explicitly being stated. However I asked for a haircut and beard trim. I have longer hair but anyone who owns a business explicitly for hair cutting should have no problem. I was told they only do fades. Left with a beard “trim” I could have done with my personal trimmer.

All in all if you have short hair or prefer fades I’m sure they do a fine job at that. The guys before me left looking sharp. Lesson learned.

I've gotten great cuts here. Took my son here yesterday for the first time and they really hooked him up. Best haircut he’s had. Class acts all the way.

Received one of my best haircuts (fade) in a very long time. I loved the vibe of this place. Was able to watch Sports Center while receiving my haircut. If you like talking sports, the owner knows his stuff. Fresh Fades is definitely my go-to from here on out
