I like this place I always book a pizza to pick up and have never had any problems. People need to relax and just pick it up yourself you'll save money and your pizza will be fresher. The owner and the girls have always been super friendly and chill. Definitely agree with people saying that this is a better option than dominoes. It would be cool if they tried doing a thind crust style pizza.

The food here is great, the issue is the owner, the guy is so rude, aggressive and arrogant. We moved to Belper 5 years ago, I've had the service around 20 times, twice its been on time, other times, 3 to 4 hour wait, the young girl is nice but the guy and the older woman are both rude. He grabs the phone off the young girl when you call to ask where your 2 hour late pizza is and he starts swearing and bawling down the phone. Avoid, not worth it

2 very satisfied adults and two very satisfied children. Awesome pizza and they seem to have got on top of their delivery. Woes, always worth the wait regardless.Yum!!!

Always use Fresh Bites when we want pizza - better value and better taste than dominos! Tonight’s was delicious as usual! They even did me a half and half of tuna/prawns and cheesy garlic bread! Thank you as always!

Fresh bite have one of the worst customer services I've ever seen, the main guy is super rude, screams at you down the phone, swears, hangs up if your pizza is an hour late to see where it is. They will tell you its an hour, 2 hours go by , you call them to find out and he screams at you down the phone, this genuinely happens so often its not worth it. I promise, he is a really unpleasant person

The garlic butter added to the pizza takes it up a notch. Beautiful pizza but last order not so great hence 4 stars.

Best pizza in Belper by far. The owner is a real gentleman as well. Not as costly as the other well know pizza service in Belper but so much better in my opinion! My partner loves the burgers there and the salad is always fresh. Won’t order pizzas anywhere else. Up the Fresh Bite.

Best pizza ???? in the area, it’s not called ‘fresh’ bite for nothing, always fresh always tasty - take it from me, it’s fantastic and I know, I’ve been getting pizza from fresh bite for over ten years! Support your local small hospitality businesses folks ☺️ Specially fresh bite… you won’t regret it.
