NEVER AGAIN!!! Very Bad experience!
I paid 100$ for the overnight falling acrylic tips!!!!
First of all, during the work they asked me so many personal questions both ladies (the one making the manicure & the one making the pedicure) i felt i was in an investigation session instead of relaxing and having a “Me time”.
Second, the acrylic nail tip fall down right the next day!!!! Not even 24 hrs completed! The lady cut the tips all the way till the very deep edges from both sides to get the V shape i was super painful and very bad feelings that i could not touch anything and even i did not sleep well at night! The pain has remain for 3 full days.
Then after 3 days, another tip from the second hand has fall down too and i had to glue it with super glue !!!
When i gave the lady 10$ tip, she said you did not give the other lady who did your pedicure!!! Instead of saying Thank you!
Also i did not tell you that she did not clean and cut my nails before starting to glue the tips!!! She put the tips on my nails without even cut them, then when i complained she start using the machine to fail it to the maximum!
I went there to complain and to show the manager the photos she was in vacation, and when i asked the ladies i need to talk to the shop manager they started to laugh and talk in their language loudly!
Really Unprofessional and very bad experience!!!
DO NOT FALL INTO CASH ONLY TRAP they force u to use there atm!!!!!!!! The women who work here are kind and polite. I have been to this nail salon multiple times. Unfortunately they force customers use their ATM machine and pay cash (I am assuming this is to get a kick back from the fee to use the machine). I have personally witnessed this many times and witness other customer say no they do not want to use there ATM machine they want to use a card. They then all of a sudden have a credit card machine that they can use. There is no sign on the door stating this is a cash only business, they wait u til the end of the appointment and then will say the credit card machine is stolen or not working.
I do not understand why it’s ok for a bussiness to run like this when you are in a bussy strip mall. Something is fishy to only accept cash and make people use their in house ATM machine. I run my own business and need to keep track of my expenses on my credit cards for honest accounting. So why is it that because these people are being shady that it’s ok for them to get away with it.
Not ok. Will not be going back and do not fall into the cash machine trap.
Great service and cool lookin’ nails. I’m a single dad and don’t know the first thing about nails. My 16 y.o. daughter needed her nails done for a quince so I figured this place would be good enough since it’s down the hill from my home. They did a great job on my daughter’s nails. My daughter said her nail tech lady was funny and they had a great convo while she was doing her nails. The kid was happy so I’m happy. I definitely recommend this spot.
This was one of the worst customer service. They charge $25-$35 for a color change. Now if you do not feel like doing nails just say your busy. This nail shop need to take lesson from nail bar in Lakewood California. Horrible never again!!!!!

Love this Salon is conveniently located in Signal Hill plenty of parking the place is very clean I get to take my dogs in and they don't sit there and speak a foreign language plus they do eyelashes and waxing and they're very reasonably priced
Very clean and they do not rush their services. Mimi is my fav girl. Being a diabetic and on blood thinners i trust her with trimming my cuticles. I brought in my partner who has bad ingrown toenail and she just loved the experience. She is now a regular.
The new owner Dana cut into my toe so bad it bleed. She put some kind of stuff on my toe not telling what it was, & acted like she wasn't sorry. I had the pedicure on Tuesday, today is Thursday & I just left Urgent Care with an infected toe! I'll never go there again of course not only because she hurt me but also that she didn't seem to care I was in pain. Very bad place!!
