I don't even know how to find the right words. I scheduled an appointment for French manicure with the design. The only option they offered was to draw a line. Not was I assumed related to "design". I asked 3 times to add more white color to cover my own nail edge and there was a language barrier and I gave up. He skipped the base color, even though I wanted pink undertone. I have airbus less and uneven ages. Not the quality expect from a salon. It was supposed to be a treat, not a stress. Honesty I just wanted that off my nails so I won't be embarrassed during my special event.
Never have I been to a nail salon where I was over charged for something I didn't receive, and accused of lying just to get a discount. Its never that serious. First thing that got me was, the fact they don't use clean tools on every client. They refuse nail files, pumice stones etc. Its disgusting. And when I asked for new stuff they had a problem with it. TWO days later and my nails have already lifted....COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY
It is difficult to find somewhere that can properly do dip, so I am glad I tried this salon for the first time today. I didn’t need to wait long even though I had no appointment. I believe it was the owner’s husband who did my manicure and he was polite and did a very nice job, including a longer massage than most places provide.
Showed up after work for pedicure. Didn't make an appointment since I just made a split decision on way home from work and they squeezed me in right away! Sam (I think is her name) was AMAZING. I haven't had a professional pedicure in awhile as I haven't had great technicians but wow, she was awesome and did a fantastic job! This was my first gel pedicure and I couldn't be happier!!
Kim is the best professional person, wich i ever had for pedicure in my life. I will recommend her for all kind of services provided in this location.
Kim is fantastic! Best mani and pedi I have had in a long time. She does not rush and is incredibly friendly. Ask for her when you visit the salon!
