Really great customer service and good deals on hair products. Their location is very crowded, but if you ask one of the workers where an item is, they know exactly where the item is located (organized chaos). This also could be because they want to cater to the many customers' wants. I would pass many hair stores to come to this one, mostly because of their customer service. They appear more knowledgeable of their items then other hair store owners in Polk County and you leave with a smile on your face and not the feeling of being bamboozled like at other stores in Polk I rather not mention. I would recommend to anyone!
