I have always loved this shop I’ve been going in there every now and again since I was a kid so needless to say I was very disappointed when my mother left this shop in tears, my mother who has alopecia and has no hair so she wears wigs and has regularly bought wigs and products for her wigs from this shop went in yesterday to shop for a new wig, after browsing for wigs she asked the attendant to try one on and was refused saying that they don’t do that (she never buys a wig without trying it on and has been shopping here a long time) and she needed to just like whatever she picked out as they don’t do returns after the wig has left the store, I understand the return policy but not the rudeness they have a whole station for trying on wigs (which had obviously been used that day) and my mom is always assisted in trying on her wigs by the older gentleman to make sure she is happy and confident in it before she buys it I’m not sure what happened yesterday or why she was treated that way but I am very disappointed and neither me nor my mother will be shopping here again.
Didn't have a lot of merchandise in the store. The hair looked cheap.

I purchased a wig from your company via Amazon. I disliked the way the seller handled my return. I never wore this wig and returned it expecting a full refund but instead only received partial. After two phone calls to Amazon and an email to the seller and a poorly written response from the seller which didn't make any sense, I was very disappointed the way they handled my refund or should I say lack thereof. I will never order a product from this company again.
The two old ladies followed my family around the store my whole visit and I am new to the area just sad!!
