If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady that works in this place is very unprofessional when treating customers. The oldest lady screamed and my boys while they were playing in their huge trading inside the premises. Did not like that at all. I will never come to this place ever. Horrible service
Absolutely horrible! My daughters hair was to her waist!! I only asked for 3 fingers off. They chopped off more than 3 but to make matters worse they butchered my babies hair!! It’s completely crooked and the pictures I’m adding doesn’t do justice it is completely butchered . These people might be qualified to cut boys hairs but they are not good with scissors at all!!!

This was the only spot near kendall that would take my son without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. The associates were very nice and from what I could tell, they were doing a good job of cutting the children's hair that went before my son. I'm not sure her name, she was a red head, cut my son's hair and did a fantastic job considering he cried the whole time. Kudos to these ladies! They handle the children very well. I would highly recommend this place.
Showed up at 3pm. Store says it closes at 4pm. Closed the store as soon as I got to the door. There was 2 kids getting there hair cut. That is not what you do to a customer. Never coming here again.
Great! Zoe... took care of my little man. She was definitely very professional. We got there and she was the only one there, but we didn't wait much. Loved how all the other kids came out! Highly recommend this place and her.
