The place is clean. The staffs are professional and friendly. My wife is frequent customer of massage therapy; she likes this place and her back and neck feel good after the massage. I had my first massage and my therapist gave me an easy one so I discovered that the therapy can loosen up my muscle and make me feel good.
I have been going to this shop for over 3yrs for at least one day a week sometimes 2. I have arthritis in my lower back. I’ve never seen a roach or any other insect for that matter. I’ve never encountered any inappropriate behavior, as a matter a fact they couldn’t be any nicer to me. Their prices are much more affordable than a lot of the other places and they do an amazing job. I’ve recommended them to my family, and friends and they’ve all had a great experience. I will continue to recommend them and if I could I would give them 10 stars.❤️
Foot Spa never disappoints! Everyone that works there has always been extremely kind and it is very affordable. I have received massages at other spas in the area for double the price that were not nearly as good. Would definitely recommend Foot Spa for a high-quality massage at a very affordable price!
My therapist went above and beyond for my message. It is a rare occasion (and I've had many massages) that the therapist puts her heart into it. This massage came with heart and I felt it. This place was a good value as well as the prices are very reasonable and fair. I will definitely go back.
I became a customer of the owner Michael dating back to 2015 when he opened a massage facility in Middlesex, NJ and I faithfully followed him to his current location in Englewood. NJ. I have been in 7 car accidents in over a 20 year span and a great candidate for spinal surgery. Michael, Coco, Amy and the other massage therapists assisted me improving my injuries holistically with deep tissue massages. Allowing me the ability to avoid the use of medicine and surgeries. I will forever be grateful for the great care each service provider renders and especially Michael for his wisdom, kindness and loving spirit that he has shown me for over 7 years.
The place is extremely unprofessional. How do you mandate your client to pay minimum of $10 tip after already paying for the service in full. Do you realize that tip is optional? And while I always respect anyone in the service industry I also find it extremely disrespectful that you would try and mandate I have to leave a "minimum of $10 tip and if I can't next time to not come back"... I'll happily take my business somewhere else then being around this pushy man. ... and to be clear I was already I guess it was not to his satisfaction!
