No answer when you call. Their online appointment site on Booksy shows appointments available but two appointment requests were both declined. Not sure how Im supposed to know when there are actually appointments available but I'm not going to keep requesting appointments until one gets accepted. Its too bad because they are just a few blocks from me and I'd love to support them.
The man who always cut my son hair was out of the state so i hade to find some place else…and for my bad luck i came to this place it was very bad experience and will never ever do it again

Whoever's phone number is listed here is bad at business. He's out of town and doesn't answer to refer you to someone else. There are a host of other barbers in the shop that could get this money. I made an appointment with him my first time there. He showed up 2 hours later. Another barber was gracious enough to cut my hair and did a great job.
I wont be coming back and absolutely would not recommend to anyone
This haircut is jacked up, he told me he'd fix it, but was impossible to work with to reschedule to get it fixed.
Dude told me to come in between 10 and 2 on a Sunday so I found care for my daughter and drove all the way down from Aurora only to be turned away at 1:40.
Maybe you should redirect your focus to real estate and get out of the barber game for good G
Good cuts but the worst customer service in a barber shop I have ever seen. If you want to waste 2 hours of your life trying to get a haircut this is the spot for you. Edit; Yeah I made an appointment friday while I was getting cuts for my boys. Which came out great. Dude told me I can come in at 9 AM the next morning, said he only had 1 appointment. I walk in 9 on the dot and he's cutting someone up. All good. I sit down its about 15 minutes go by and another customer walks in. Its about 9:30 when the haircut is done. This man looks at me and says "I got my appointment then you next". WTF man your gonna do your 8 am at 9:30 and expect me to wait at least another 45 minutes? I sat in your barbershop for 3 hours yesterday for 2 haircuts. Na I'm cool on that man. Like I said great haircuts. Work on your customer service.
10:40AM, need 2 haircuts! CLOSED. Sign said they should have been open, Google reviews were great. Thought we'd give them a try. Certainly not a good way to gain new customers.
